This detached, period cottage rests on the outskirts of Harlech and can sleep seven people in four bedrooms.Llety Perygl is a beautifully presented, stone-built cottage resting within its own stunning gardens, on the outskirts of Harlech, North Wales. It boasts four bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite shower room, another king-size double, a single and a ground floor king-size double, sleeping seven guests altogether. There is also a bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom/utility, a kitchen, a utility, a dining room and a sitting room with oil fired woodburner-effect stove. Outside is off-road parking for one car, roadside parking for two cars on a first come, first served basis and a enclosed, hillside garden with lawned areas and a patio with a picnic bench. You also have access to a mature woodland owned by The Woodland Trust. Llety Perygl is a charming retreat to base your next coastal holiday.

Electric oven, induction hob, electric AGA range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TV with Freeview, Blu-ray DVD player, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Off-road parking for one car, roadside parking for two cars on a first come, first served basis. Enclosed hillside gardens measuring over an acre, including an area of mature woodland. BBQ available. One well-behaved dog welcome (only allowed downstairs and not in bedrooms). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: This property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, there are 15 steps down to the cottage from the parking area and road.

Town: Perched between the mountains and the sea, the small town of Harlech is dominated by its 13th century castle. The town is very popular with golfers, who come to enjoy the famous Royal St. Davids course, whilst the sandy beach offers family fun and long walks. You can venture into the Snowdonia National Park for a plethora of outdoor activities and visit the coastal towns of Barmouth and Porthmadog, each offering a different day out.
