Secluded, country atmosphere, far from city living

No WiFi, no cable, a few TV channels. "Down the gravel road" and on top of the hill. Beautiful home, beautiful view, very quiet, except for the occassional "moooo" from the local "neighbors". Not too far from the city, but also not close, 15-20 miles. Our 8 kids found plenty to do, exploring outside, playing on the wrap-around porch, walking down the gravel road to the creek/river, collecting rocks from the river bank, playing games inside, and still the occassional TV show or movie, (bring your own & a dvd player). Also a trip to Branson wasn't far and added to the entertainment.
