This country cottage is near the village of Hartland on the North Devon coast and can sleep two people in one bedroom.Dairy Cottage is a tastefully presented and comfortable cottage located on the Hartland Peninsula, North Devon. Tucked away down a country lane, it sits just over a 1 mile inland alongside a group of five other holiday cottages. Attached to the main farmhouse,the cottage sleeps up to two people with one first floor kingsize bedroom and ground floor shower room with power shower.There is a comfortable sitting room with dining area onto a sunny patio garden.Guests are also welcome to enjoy the shared play paddock and picnic area. Also a hot tub and sauna that can be booked for private sessions. The cottage has off road parking for one car. A relaxing and tranquil setting with much to do and enjoy Diary Cottage is a superb choice for a couples holiday.

Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, shared laundry facilities, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels and bathrobes inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Patio garden with furniture. Shared children's play area/picnic area. Spa room with hot tub & sauna (generally available Easter to October for private booking available free of charge). Sorry, no pets or smoking. Shop/pub under 3 miles. Coast under 2 miles. Note; Check in 4PM.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: North Devon’s Hartland Peninsula is a peaceful Area of Outstanding National Beauty with an Atlantic coastline. The South West Coast Path runs along it with views of Hartland Point lighthouse and Lundy Island. Harland village, a few miles back from the coast, has a post office and general store, and a monthly farmers’ market; potteries and craft shops, a friendly café and pubs serving food. A mile away, is Hartland Abbey House & Gardens (& tea room). Right down at the Hartland Quay there’s a small Shipwreck & Smuggling Museum, a very child and dog-friendly pub and hotel, and a beach. Families with young children enjoy the animals and attractions at the The Milky Way and Wake Park aqua park, and at The Big Sheep near Bideford.
