Spectacular lake and mountain views from all rooms. 14 private acres of forest to hike in. Super fishing right off the dock or from pontoon boat. There have been consistent catches of 14-16 inch Kokanee landlocked salmon, trout, bass, northern pike and crappie. Silverwood theme park is only 30 minutes away. Restaurant boat rental and gas on the lake. The bunkhouse can be rented for additional sleeping space.
We have rented this home and the home next door to guests for the past 5 seasons. Here are a couple of reviews from prior guests in our Lakehome #9:We just completed a great family vacation at this lovely lake house. We had between 8 and 10 adults and grown teenagers throughout the week with 6 staying in the house and the others sleeping in the detached bunkhouse which we were able to reserve for the week. We were also very thankful that the owners allowed us to bring our dog Sophie with us as well. The house was perfect for our needs as it comes fully equipped with all the necessities from pots, pans and utensils in the kitchen, to bedding and plenty of towels for everyone. The dock abd covered slips were great for mooring our ski boat and the water was clear and had no issues with depth coming in and out. We've stayed at many other locations on the Lake over the years and this was one of the best spots we've found. Our whole family really appreciated being able to use the many watercraft, from kayaks to paddle boards, canoe and the super fun seacycle, everyone was able to always find something to keep them busy. Best of all was the private beach and diving rock right next to the dock. My wife and I felt like we were in a Corona beer commercial each day sitting there in our beach chairs with our toes in the sand and water with a nice cold adult beverage in hand. An absolutely great time was had by all. We're definitely bringing the family back for another week next summer!

Here is another review:Perfect choice for my week with my family in ID while doing the Ironman! We had to make daily/frequent drives into Coeur d'Alene for various race functions, but it was close enough to not be a bother and far enough to escape and decompress before and after the race from all the commotion. With the bunkhouse for the kids, there was plenty of room for all 10 of us. If the kids weren't playing in the water, they were playing and entertaining themselves in the bunkhouse. Ample water toys, which all got used and dry lifejackets to put on (I like, and notice, the little things like the secure/solid storage bin).
My parents appreciated having a "property manager" (Jeannie) nearby for any questions, but Bob was near his phone for any calls as well.
Now that my race is done, I don't have plans to head back to the area anytime soon, but I'll certainly recommend this place to others heading that direction!

Another prior review:What a delightful place to vacation.
It is ideal for folks who want to do little more than sit on the deck and enjoy the surroundings. Perhaps catch up on reading.
(Goes without saying it is perfect for active families.)
We appreciated the opportunity to bring our dog along. Thank you for allowing pets.
Birding is great too. There were binoculars if you forget to pack your own.
Believe the owners thought of everything to make for a fine time.
We look forward to visiting this lovely spot next year.

Another prior review:We had a great week on the lake. Our kids love to jump in the lake and it was nice and deep to do just that! We brought our boat but there was plenty of water toys to use if you don't have a boat. We loved just sitting on the dock or deck and watching the view or if you prefer to stay indoors the home would accommodate that just fine . Our family rated this our best place on Hayden Lake as we have stayed at many other places. Thank you for sharing your lake home!!!

Another prior review:We stayed the last week of August with friends renting the cabin next door. It's a very relaxing location. It is well accommodated and comfortable. The local agent (Jeannie) is very friendly and helpful. This was our second year and we're all already looking forward to returning next year. It's a lovely way to end the Summer before back-to-school.
