Description of the Hayden Lake vacation guesthouse rental
The 20 year young home is a modern craftsman style home with an abundance of windows and light on all sides. An enclosed three bay garage with oversized boat door provides secure parking for all vehicles. Rear gated side yard with outdoor dining and lounging secures small dogs and kids.
The corner house on a one way street is extremely quiet and central for walkers and bicyclists. plenty of storage for bikes, kayaks, ample ski lockers and winter gear storage.
Homeowner is usually in residence on the lower level with her Interior Design studio and Scottish terrier- Bogey. A selection of Queen and King rooms, dens, relaxation areas for TV or reading and games are located on three levels. Outdoor balcony overlooking bike path and golf course is great for reading or snoozing after golf or cycling.
Home has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Wolf range, Dacor ovens, armoire fridge, wine fridge and dishwasher. Second fridge in laundry/ utility can be used for fish catch or picnic supplies. Large capacity washer and dryer on main floor.
The rooms located on upper level include a King master suite with attached master 4 piece bath and massive walk-in closet. The second bedroom is a Queen bedroom with own hall bathtub/shower. A den/office/TV room completes the top floor with balcony.
The lower level has another expansive Queen bedroom and shared shower bath.
Full media room and office set up in lounge area is great for movie night.

10- 15 minute proximity to Hayden Lake, Avondale Lake, CDA Airport, Silverwood and downtown Coeur d'Alene. Walking distance to Avondale public golf course and located on third tee box at historic Hayden Lake Golf Course. Located off Hwy. 95 the ski resorts of Silver Mountain and Schweitzer are an hour away. Cross country, swimming, boating on Lake Pend Oreille and hiking at nearby Farragut State Park are 20 minutes north.
Easy access to Hwy. 90, 95 and 41.
Boat launch at Honeysuckle Beach is 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by foot. Hayden Lake swimming access at Honeysuckle offers calm warmer water and seasonal lifeguards.
The City of Hayden has grocery stores on 95, Albertson's and Super One. Summer Farmer's Market at Prairie and 95 always worth a trip for honey and fresh produce or breads.
Kootenai Medical Center in Coeur d'Alene is 20 minutes down Hwy. 95 at the Hwy 90. Urgent Care facilities are 10 minutes away on Prairie Avenue.
Local restaurants are located in walking distance at The Porch, Avondale 19th Hole and around Hayden Lake at the Marina. More exotic activities and food choices are 20 minutes south in Coeur d'Alene on the Lake.
Hayden and Hayden Lake are small quiet hamlets based around lakes and nature. Watching the deer, moose, horses, quails and squirrels from any window is a daily occurrence.
