Lovely cottages, a tucked away gem that allows one to relax and refresh. The owners are delightful, and accommodating to any travelers needs. The rooms have comfortable beds with the crisp linens are complimented with the fresh breezes making sleeping a dream! This is a great place to unwind, We found this place by chance, and will most definitely put this on out list of places to visit again.

Perfect location in town, yet away from it all.

We stayed at The French Cottage at what an amazing trip. It was close to the quaint town of Windsor yet felt like we were in a private place. We explored 5 days of the unbeaten path and vineyards and what a treat. I hope this place and the smaller more fein wily wineries stay our secret because it was a trip that made the best memories. Thank you for the amazingly perfect place and hospitality! I can write for hours! So perfect!!

My wife and I wanted a quiet fun gateway. Windrose Cottages were the ticket. Clean, well stocked with goodies. Softest fluffiest towels I have ever felt. No disappoint here. Will be back
Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Windrose Romantic Cottages. We hope you will come back again sometime, and maybe try one of our other cottages so you can choose your favorite next time you visit. I do strive for good smelling, fluffy, and most important clean towels.

Windrose cottages was the perfect getaway for our wedding anniversary. It was the first of many we will be spending here. It was quiet and private but just close enough to town that we still got to enjoy the downtown area and wine tasting.

It was my 60th birthday and I am so grateful I chose the Wine Getaway. Stagyed in the Garden House and had use of the Tower Hot Tubs. Me and my sweetheart toured a few wine cellars, went walking, had time to take a short jaunt to the Pacific Ocean. I would recommend Healdsberg to get awa;y from it all. This was ,my third visit to Healdsberg and iot will not be my last to visit the Wine Country houses again. I would recommend this to girlsfriends getting together, 55+ and definitely newlyweds

Delightful COZY Cottages

My sister, her spouse, my spouse and I rented 2 of the cottages for several days leading up to and including New Year's Eve. They are charming, well furnished, cozy and welcoming. The added attraction was the animals in the adjoining fields. We were amazed at the curiosity of the emu. Also enjoyed the horses and and geese.

Great Place to Stay

My husband and I stayed in the Water Tower for two nights. When we arrived in our room there was a platter of cheese and fruit to have with our wine. We are not wine drinkers, so we had sparkling cider. We sat out on our private deck, listened to the sheep, horses, etc., and began relaxing. The hosts also provided us with a continental breakfast of belgiam waffles. It was quite nice to wake up and have breakfast right there ready to go. Thanks to the owners for making our stay most welcome and relaxing. I would recommend this place to anyone.
