NO smoking Pets MAY be considered (Please note Hawk Heights pet policy- Even though advertised as 'PETS OK', the owner always has the last say on allowing pets in their home. Most pets will be considered. THE MINIMUM NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE IS $150.00 PER PET, THE ACTUAL AMOUNT OF THE NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE IS DETERMINED ON YOUR LENGTH OF STAY.

Warm and inviting with wormy chestnut paneling, wood floors, and vaulted ceiling. The open great room has a stone fireplace, flat screen TV, large hammered copper bar and comfortable sitting area. The large windows allow you to enjoy nature from inside, and the covered porch is an extension of the living area with comfortable seating and dining areas as well as a stainless gas grill, and gas fired fire pit. The split floor plan makes it great for a large family or a perfect getaway for a couple. The Master suite has a King bed, private tiled bath a flat screen TV and an entrance door to the covered deck. The laundry area is conveniently located between the great room and the Master suite. The guest wing has two bedrooms on the main level, one with a King bed, next to tiled hallway bath, flat screen TV and mountain view, the other one has a Queen bed, AND a King bed, private tiled bath, and flat screen TV. The lower level has the fourth bedroom which has a King bed, flat screen TV, VHS player,

private tiled bath and mountain view.This home offers wireless internet, and cell phone service for Verizon customers using the home's added cell tower.

This home sleeps 10 adults comfortably. but 8 for optimal privacy.

Minimum night stays for many of our vacation rental homes are two or three nights, BUT there are exceptions. *Rentals during holidays and local events are usually a one week minimum until a week or so before the holiday.

*Rentals for the following year are a one month minimum until February 1st of the rental year. Beginning in February, we start renting with a one week minimum. Rentals of less than one week can be booked within 30 days of the desired dates. You can always contact us to be put on a waiting list. Since we work on behalf of our rental owners, our first priority is to keep their homes filled with happy renters.

An amazing property with great views. We have rented in Highlands for many years, and this is the family’s favorite.

We have rented several houses in the Highlands and this one was by far our favorite because of the amazing views. We spent the majority of our time on the back deck with coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. We have 4 boys and they were excited there was a basketball goal (we had to buy a ball in town). The house was clean but definitely lived in and you can tell the owners use it a lot. We also loved that it was only a couple miles to town. It is hard to find a house in the Highlands with this type of view this close to town. We will definitely be renting this house again. If I had one small compalint it would be that the dryer was not working when we were there and the refrigerator filter needed to be replaced. But these are minor things.
