Doesn't it seem like all the rentals are the same? What makes my rental different? Comfort! Cleanliness! Modern! Read below and judge for yourselves. :)

Come stay at our newly renovated villa. There is nothing like staying in a place that has so many new amenities. The cleanliness alone will make you feel comfortable. Downstairs we added another loveseat with a DVD/VCR player and a 19" flat screen TV (all new!). If you are watching something in the living room the kids can stay on the same floor and watch something else in the other room, off the kitchen. Very few villas have this extra TV/Study room. We also added GameCube with Games in this room!

On the main floor, along with the above additional room, enjoy our beautifully decorated and newly furnished living room overlooking the Golf Course. Our Sleeper Sofa has a Queen size bed. Relax and fall asleep in our oversized comfy recliner! Relax to the sound of the Stereo with the 6 CD changer player or watch TV on a big set which has a DVD player. You may never want to leave this great comfy chair. There is also a desk area with a printer. Along with everything in our living room enjoy a lighted ceiling fan with remote control, for those of us that enjoy a little extra breeze on hotter days. The kitchen is fully stocked and has many new amenities. There is a half bathroom which has been renovated and updated. There is cable TV throughout and Broadband Wifi Internet Access!

Moving upstairs, enjoy the added room of a king sized bed in the master bedroom with another lighted ceiling fan with remote control (Ladies, this comes in very handy for me! The remote stays right by my nightstand. LOL). The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a TV with a VCR player. The master bathroom has all new vanity, sink, faucet and mirror. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, with a 19" Flat Screen TV and DVD/VCR player. There is a full sized washer and dryer upstairs. Also, the 2nd bathroom upstairs has all new vanity, sink, faucet and mirror. Both bathrooms have shower doors.

There are a total of FOUR TV's in our villa - plenty of TV's to go around. If you don't want to watch TV, relax on the deck and watch the golfers play golf on the 7th hole. Have a BBQ with our new Weber Gas Grill and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the area. That's the life! Or, take the path to the beach, in the shade. Ride on our FOUR available bikes, walk or drive to the beach. Our villa is one of the closest villas to the pool. Everything is within a 5 minute walk!

The Shipyard Plantation is a security patrolled, gated community with lighted walking / biking paths and golf courses throughout the property. It is only a few miles from the Harbour Town Lighthouse Marina and Golf Links. The Greens development (within Shipyard) is known for its close proximity to the renowned Van Der Meer Tennis Courts, tall shady trees and quiet and relaxing setting. Our Villa sports a beautiful view of the Shipyard Golf Course off the rear deck and is centrally located in The Greens development.

THE 2nd CLOSEST DEVELOPMENT, WITHIN SHIPYARD, TO THE BEACH! For your convenience we have beach chairs and a buggy to take to the beach, along with other amenities.

Five minutes away is Forest Beach and the famous Coligny Plaza which contains over 70 shops. There are 14 restaurants, ice cream, Java Joe's Coffee Cafe and much more. Use the Pope Ave. exit.

There is nothing like having the security of someone being there in the event something happens during your stay, quickly.

Just returned from our great vacation in Hilton head Island. We could not have been more pleased with the condo - The location was perfect, condo was very clean and spacious. Claudia the owner could not have been more helpful and so very responsive. She has the condo setup as your home away from home (comfortable, games for kids, bikes, fully stocked kitchen. We LOVED the bikes. The beach locker was so convenient. Thank you for everything! I would recommend this condo to anyone visiting Hilton Head.

We loved this villa. It had everything we needed and the beach locker was the greatest thing! It was a great place for our dog, too. Claudia was very quick to respond when I had questions while booking our visit. The location was very convenient and we definitely plan to visit again.

We thought about staying here again this year but ended up trying something different. We vacationed here 2 years ago and LOVED it, it was for our 25th wedding anniversary, we brought our dog and had a great time. Will definitely think about vacationing there again in the future, we just wanted to try something new. If we had $$ and jobs we would relocate to the area.

The time we spent at the pet friendly condo was at the Greens worked out well for our family. The property overlooked the golf course and was a short walk from the beach. The pool was around the corner from the property and was The property at the Greens overlooked the golf course and was just a short walk to the pool and beach. The condo was clean and well appointed with all that was needed to make us comfortable during our stay there. The owner was accessible for questions and concerns about the property. The rooms were a good size the beach locker was helpful, best of all it was pet friendly!

We fell in love with Hilton Head Island the first time we saw it. It was love at first site. We knew we had to get a villa on this beautiful island. Unfortunately, we are not able to use it as much as we would love to. By allowing others to come stay at our villa, we end up sharing with others so that they can enjoy a short stay here.

We always try to listen and see where there is room for improvement. We love to hear all the appreciation from our guests for all the things we do provide. Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: CANCELLATION POLICY - Either party may cancel the reservation up to 60 days prior to the arrival date, with a $200 Guest Cancellation Fee, except for booking in the months of January, February and/or March - Cancellation Fee is Full Deposit of $400 . In the unfortunate event that GUEST has to cancel the reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. For any cancellations over 60 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded, minus a $200 Cancellation Fee and credit card fee, if paid via cc (look above for months of Jan, Feb, March - $400 deposit forfeited). No refunds will be given for cancellations made 60 days or less, prior to arrival (including if reserved less than 60 days prior to arrival) - your payment will be forfeited, unless it is re-rented (then refund will occur for amount received from new rental, minus $200 Cancellation Fee). Reservations made less than 60 days before arrival are non refundable. No refund will be issued if Trip Insurance has been purchased (Fraud). Late cancellation, early departure, No Show or shortened stay does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. I have the right to Cancel the Reservation if Final Payment is not received by 60 days prior to arrival, with no refund of any monies received up to that point.

If the possibility of a cancellation concerns you, please look into trip cancellation insurance. There are several sites online that explain the policies, and offer this service such as InsureMyTrip or TravelGuard. These policies typically cover circumstances like illness, accident, death in the family, etc. Although we are sympathetic to such emergencies altering your travel, YOU are responsible for insuring your trip. It is your money to lose if you cancel, without Trip Insurance. If you have purchased trip insurance, no refund will be given as it would be fraud to collect more than you have paid out. Company will contact me to verify.

If there are any problems that need to be addressed, you have to contact me immediately to give me a chance to fix problem. No refund will be given unless this is not rectified in a timely manner.
