About the area

The condo is right on the Hollywood beach. Hollywood and Hallandale offer so many things to enjoy, from restaurants to casinos and golfing. If that's not enough, famous South Beach/Miami is only 15 minutes away (11 miles) and Downtown Ft. Laudardale is also only 15 minutes away (also 12 miles). We like to go to Las Olas Blvd. in Ft. LAuderdale. We always go to eat crapes in one of the finest French restaurants there. However, don't forget famous Hollywood boardwalk (5 minutes), casinos, horse race track, plenty of shops including the AVENTURA MALL. This very trendy shopping mall is the best!!!
