We have rented other properties in Venice, but now consider this our favorite, great location, comfortable, well stocked, parking, which is such a big plus and Lisa and Javier available for questions or problems. Perfect for two people. We hope to return.

Although the price was right, there is a phrase "you pay for what you get". The couple was extremely nice. Their cable did not have a few movie channels or a children's disney and nickelodean channels. They got them added on. There are flea infested cats roaming around outside and we kept seeing these fleas and feces everywhere. The I 405 is right over the wall and you can hear the traffic. The laudary is right outside and convenient. The bathroom has mold in the grout and needs replacement. The over has a know on with a blue sticker but not labelled so it is very difficult to tell what temp you are cooking at. The apt was very close to accomplish what I came down for. Neighbors are friendly. Kitchen subfloor is sagging, some wood windows do not open up all the way and the screens are barely attached. The were upgrading the area while I was there-asphalt, roof, drains, electric gates at each entrance
