Description of the Honolulu vacation condo rental
This is a new property located at Island Colony, 445 Seaside Avenue, in the heart of Waikiki.

Condo 3310 is on the33rd floor of this 44 story building. Newly remodeled kitchen with granite counter top, new stainless steel microwave and refrigerator (waiting for delivery and new pictures) , built in 2 burner electric cooktop, toaster oven and is fully furnished with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, sheets, towels and beach towels. The main room contains a queen bed, cable flat screen TV, eating area, wireless internet. The owner also includes a free phone with local calls and long distance calls to US mainland and Canada. This studio has a loveseat, coffee table, and brand new patio set with 4 chairs on the large 9 X 12 lanai.

This same owner also has a lovely 1 Bedroom 29th floor in the same building. The 1 BR unit 2920 has openings for next fall and the winter of 2017.Please call for details and availability.
Area Information
It is only a short walk to several of Waikiki famous beaches, restaurants, shopping. The Bus stops in front of the building and can take you all around the island. This building is very secure, and requires special key to enter. On the 6th floor there is a large sundeck with lounge chairs, pool, spa, fitness room and Bar-B-Ques. Located in the center of Waikiki near Waikiki Beach, shopping, restaurants, food stores entertainment.

An incredibly affordable studio apartment with stunning views of Honolulu, including ocean, skyline, mountain, and canal. It’s very safe and within walking distance to everything Honolulu has to offer. Only a few minutes walk from the shopping district and Waikiki Beach. In the building, you also get to use the swimming pool, spa, gym, leisure area and washing facilities. There is even a small shop in the building where you can buy food and other items without going outside. The apartment is clean and includes table, chairs, cutlery, cooking hot plates, microwave, balcony, wi-fi, telephone, basically everything you need. Gerry, the manager, is extremely efficient and understanding. She booked us in within a few days notice only and made the whole process headache-free and enjoyable. I will stay there again in the future.Highly recommended.

So glad you had a great time in Waikiki and look forward to your return. We do try to give our tenants the nicest condo for a reasonable price. The cooking facilities are actually a 2 burner electric cooktop built into the granite countertop. We also just got a new stainless full size refrigerator and a new patio set / chairs on the 9 X 12 lanai with great views.

Q: Is Waikiki Beach , entertainment, restaurants, shopping within walking distance?
A: Yes, all of the above are within 1-2 blocks of Island Colony and only a 3-6 minute walk. You do not need a car in Waikiki.
We recommend that you rent a car for a day or 2 during your stay in order to tour the island, visit the North Shore, or
go to places like Pearl Harbor. Also the bus travels all around the Island. The bus stops about 1 minute from the front door of Island Colony.
Q: Why are your condos better than other others?
A: Our condos are constantly updated, have all the kitchen facilities you will need to cook meals, are fully furnished with towels,sheets, pots and pans. We also include free phone calls locally, and long distance to US and Canada.
Q: If we have a question or a problem in the unit who would we call?
A: My assistant, Irene Rogers, is your contact person and she lives full time in Island Colony. She will meet you on arrival in
island Colony, collect the payments, give you keys , and take care of any problems with the condo.
