Great location just a few steps to the beautiful sands of Waikiki Beach. You can see the ocean from the doorway! A quiet, comfortable retreat for when you want to relax after enjoying all that Waikiki and Oahu have to offer.

Newly renovated kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, completely new bathroom and shower, new Queen size bed, fully furnished, high-speed WiFi, A/C, beach chairs and beach towels, luxury sheets and bath towels. One of the larger units in the building.

Enjoy sunsets and fantastic views of the ocean, Diamond Head Crater, Honolulu Zoo from the 10th floor sundeck. Located near restaurants and shops on the main strip in Waikiki. Close access to go snorkeling, swimming, surfing, stand up paddling, and relaxing at the beach.

Area Information
The Waikiki Grand is unique building in a "sweet spot" at the East end of Waikiki. Less than a half-block from Waikiki Beach. Across the street from the Honolulu Zoo and near the Waikiki Aquarium. Shopping and dining on Kalakaua Ave. (the main street in Waikiki) are just steps from the condo.

It's easy to get around Waikiki. The bus routes are extensive and you can easily get around using the bus. Uber and Lyft are available throughout the island as well. Parking in the building is limited and is not included with this condo rental.

New, clean, great location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Brenda's condo! She met us in the lobby to take us upstairs and even had cookies and sodas in the room. The advertisement of the condo was exactly as pictured. Beautiful! There is the park and zoo across the street and the ocean is only 1 block away. A short walk down the beach to the left was our favorite place to get breakfast and ice cream, the Beachfront Cafe. Never crowded and played live music at sunset. Only 2 blocks down the street was our favorite sushi, Sansei. Highly recommend renting a car to drive to North Shore and Kailua Beach. But if you want to stay where the action is, while not being smack in the center of the high traffic and shoppers, this is the right place! After a long day of sunshine and activity it was so nice to come back to a quiet and very clean atmosphere. Thanks Brenda!

A Fantastic Find in Waikiki...finally!
This large studio condo has been refurbished and renovated. It came on the market only in January of 2016. This space is owner operated by Brenda who was a delight to work with. Our stay was two weeks long and we enjoyed every minuet of it! The condo itself is well appointed providing absolutely everything you could need and more. It's new and therefore pristinely clean and all the renovation work is top notch. Well located, just a minuet or two from the beach, it has great access to all that is Waikiki but also you are at the far end of the strip and facing the Zoo and Queen Kapiolani Park so you are out of the crazy that can also be Waikiki. We travel the world and also come back to Hawaii, very frequently. We have often rented apartments, houses and condos where ever we travel and always do so on Oahu as a choice over hotels. I can safely say that, "Finally, this property is as advertised and more". The owner is easy to deal with and helpful and the value is above average. Best suited to two adults or two adults and one child. Perfectly clean and absolutely pest free! The kitchen is quite " cook-unable" but not gourmet and the bathroom and shower are new and large enough to be quite comfortable. Brenda says new curtains are on order ( the view out the wall to wall windows is of the mountains and is quite grand) and with fairly good air-con, the place is complete and almost Lux compared to what is available in Waikiki in this category. The hotel in which the condo is available is part hotel, part residential and part vacation rental. It is clean, in good repair, well cared for and safe. Parking is available from the front desk at a fee per day. It is reasonable and again...safe. Laundry is available on the premises and machines are plentiful and not too expensive. The one draw back is the pool but at least there is one and they were upgrading it during our stay. I trust Brenda will keep up the condo well and if she does, I can't recommend her condo more highly. It is a good home away from home. If you are looking for luxury and amenities ...go to a hotel. There are plenty of them. If you are looking for an excellent home-base condo, you just can't go wrong here. We will be back and will happily make 821 Waikiki Grand our home-base when we are in Waikiki over and over again. It was a fantastic find!

Little piece of home in Paradise
We stayed recently at The Condo listed in Waikiki from April 20th to April 26th and we couldn't have been more pleased. First off...no better location in Waikiki, being across the street from the beach, Kapiolani Park and the zoo is the perfect location. Everything we saw and read on Suite 821 was true. It's very very clean, all new fixtures and beautifully decorated. Dealing with Brenda was as Honest and Easy as they come. We did manage to park a car for a few days thru the Waikiki Grand, which was very convenient. We LOVED the shower and bed very comfy. And the Million-dollar-view from the 10th floor terrace was Amazing. Loved afternoon cocktails up there. I would recommend this rental to anyone and already have. It was the perfect choice for us and a great part of one of the best Birthdays I ever had. We really liked having all Items needed for a day at the beach... the chairs..cooler bags,beach towels...really felt like home... Mahalo Brenda

PERFECT
The Condo was absolutely perfect. its exactly as you show in the pictures and words...I do believe its the PERFECT location in Waikiki...the beach right across the street..the amazing Park..one of my favorites in the world. Having Hulas just downstairs didnt hurt either. LOL....we fell in love with the 10th floor terrace. its the PERFECT VIEW....we thought the condo was beautiful kept...Very Very Clean and new. Bed was very comfortable. only one small disappointment was the pool. But i understand the building was going thru a change in Pool Maintenance. Other then that we loved staying in Suite 821...and would def want to stay again....it was wonderful and was def part of one of the best birthdays i ever had.....thanks a million....Sincerely....Bill and Kevin. stayed April 20th to 26th......PS...found OPEN TABLE APP on cell phone very handy for making reservations at some of our fav restaurants...HAU TREE LANAI for breakfast and my birthday Dinner and Mack 24/7. highly recommend both and within walking distance.

Clean, well-appointed, great location
As advertised or better! I especially loved the quality mattress and sheets. My daughter was comfy on the futon.The location is so convenient to the beach, restaurants, zoo and park. Brenda, the owner met us in person at check in, and was friendly and responsive to questions by text during our stay. The deposit was returned promptly. We highly recommend this property.

Exceeded All Expectations
The property was everything it was advertised, and more.
It was very clean, and close to all amenities. It had been quite sometime since we had stayed at this end of town, but it was a good change. The only criticism is that the only mirror is the medicine cabinet mirror in the bathroom. Take out the long painting in the hall way, and replace it, with a full length mirror.
Apart from that, it was a very pleasant experience.

5 Star Little Paradise
This beautiful condo meticulously clean!!! It is also well furnished. You will find all necessary kitchen equipment if you decide to cook. It is very conveniently located to the Waikiki beach, tour buses, nice restaurants and shopping area. And, how I cannot mention about the price? It is very reasonably priced. I guarantee you, you will not be able to find such a high quality room for such reasonable price. Trust me, I travel a lot. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Oh, yes, the owner is a very lovely lady. It was very easy to communicate with her.

Q: How close is 821 to Waikiki Beach?
A: About 168 footsteps (less than 1/2 of a block). You can see the ocean from the front door of 821.
Q: Is there parking available?
A: Like the condos, the parking at the Waikiki Grand is all privately owned by individuals. Some of the parking spaces are managed and rented through the front desk operator located in the lobby. This is a separate company not affiliated with my vacation rental. If you decide to get a rental car while you are here, renting a parking spot can be done with them while you are here.
Q: Is there a pool?
A: Yes. We have a pool on the ground floor.
Q: What's better about 821 than other condos in the Waikiki Grand?
A: It's newly renovated with a new kitchenette and new bathroom. It's one of the larger layouts in the building. It's on the quieter side of the building on a high floor (8th out of 10). I clean and maintain it myself, so that you can be assured of a wonderful vacation in a beautiful, clean condo.
