Description of the Honolulu vacation condo rental
Condo 3815 is located in Island Colony at 445 Seaside Avenue in Waikiki , Hawaii. This 38th floor deluxe condo boasts spectacular views from the 9 X 12' lanai. The studio has a large side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, toaster oven, and built in electric 2 burner stovetop. There is sofa, desk, and a queen bed in the main room, and a single bed on the large lanai. All utilities, Wi-fi and free local phone calls are included.

From the lanai you can see Mountains of Manoa Valley, the Golf Course, across the Ala Wai Canal, Diamond Head Mountain, great view of the ocean. Only 2 blocks to Waikiki Beach, restaurants, shopping, food stores. The Bus stops
1 minute from out front door and can take you anywhere on the Island. Weekly and monthly bus passes available. No
need to rent a car and parking, as it is expensive. However, we do have a Enterprise Car Rental office on the ground floor when you can rent a car if you want to take a drive around the island. Pick up early and return same day will avoid the need for parking !!

This unit is a favorite of our tenants and does fill up quickly. Our rates are very competitive and I believe you will find they are below other condos of this quality.

My assistant, Irene, lives in this building so she is here to take care of any problems, answer any questions as well as meet you on arrival at Island Colony.

The building has a new pool, spa, lounge chairs, cabanas, new BBQ's, and a fitness center.
Area Information
Island Colony is located in the heart of Waikiki so everything is very close so you do not need a car. Walk to ocean, shops, food stores, entertainment, Kapiolani Park, De Russey Military Museum, Waikiki Aquarium, and many public beachs all along the shoreline. Lots of restaurants from fast food to fancy food. Ala Moana Shopping Center is only
a short bus ride of about 6-7 minutes.
