You can bring family and friends to enjoy a wonderful vacation.
Located in the Pacific Monarch 500 feet from Waikiki Beach, this Ocean Front Condo is located on the 27th. floor with a spectacular spanning view from Diamond Head to all of Waikiki. Roof top Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi. Recreation room and Meeting facilities. Internet and WiFi included Plasma Screen TVs and DVD Players. Two Kitchens well equipped. Telephones are not provided. Free WiFi is provided

Pacific Monarch, a condominium complex is located in Central Waikiki at 2427 Kuhio Ave. The cross street is Uluniu. The central location allows easy access to the beach, restaurants, stores & tourist shops.

Our Double Suite sleeps 8 maximum. Each bedroom has 1 queen size bed. Each living room has 1 full size sofa sleeper. There 2 bathrooms with a shower/tub. Linens and towels are provided. The two kitchens are fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, cooking utensils and dishes. There is a TV in each living room. This condo is our second home so it is well furnished and maintained.

Lanai: There is a lanai that you can go out on sit down and enjoy. You can watch the Friday night fireworks from this lanai. On the other side of the condo is a stand and gaze only lanai, it is a small lanai in 2702 with a Diamond Head and ocean view.
Pool/Spa: On the roof of the building is a heated pool and spa. There are magnificent views of Waikiki from the pool deck. At night the spa is a great place to relax and enjoy the night sky. The floor below has a sauna, showers, restrooms and party room.
Free ice machine located in the lobby.
These condos are actually two complete one-bedroom condos with a connecting door if you want to share with another party and rent both condos.

Area Info: 500 Feet from Waikiki Beach, our building is in the heart of all the action but condo is high enough so that street noise is minimal. Located just behind the Hyatt Hotels.
Parking: Parking is available for a fee. A ticket machine at the garage entrance accepts bills but does not give change. Machine takes credit cards. Parking is not included with the condo rental.
The parking garage is located on floors 2 to 5 of the Pacific Monarch building.
Laundry: A coin-operated laundry room is available on the 3rd floor.
Bus: Bus transportation is very convenient. There is a bus stop right next to the Pacific Monarch. Buses come by every few minutes and can take you to most major places on Oahu. The bus is particularly convenient for transportation to the Ala Moana Shopping Center.
Conveniences: Adjacent to or across the street from the Pacific Monarch are 3 convenience stores and 3 restaurants. There is a popular barbecue restaurant, steak house and café. The Hyatt Regency is next door with its high-end restaurants. Fast food restaurants are right around the corner. The Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center is 3 blocks away. Kapiolani Park is located at the end of Waikiki with its many attractions including the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, tennis courts and sports fields. A travel desk is located in the lobby for tours and local attractions.

Every Saturday you can catch a bus at the Pacific Monarch to go up to the famous Kapiolani Diamond Head Farmer's Market. You can eat breakfast and buy great organic food and plants from the vendors.

Beach: Waikiki beach is a “very short” walk. Just walk past the Hyatt Regency and you’re there!. Enjoy an evening stroll on Kapiolani Blvd and you are home within minutes.

Area Information
Waikiki is a bustling area that offers a full range of activities.
If you are hungry follow your taste buds. Want to eat on the water? How about the Star of Honolulu dinner cruise. Want to eat on land but have the waves within your grasp? How about Dukes, the food is very very good and the atmosphere and service is too. If you want to be up high and see the city eat at the Top of the Waikiki in the revolving restaurant. The best shaved ice on the island in my opinion is on Kalakaua in front of the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. Go upstairs and there is an enormous food court. If you are hungry for Mexican, Italian, Kosher, or Indian Food you will find it all in Waikiki.

Shopping: if you have come to shop and want Saks Fifth Avenue or Ross Dress for less, it is within walking distance in Waikiki. Or take a free shuttle to the Waikele Outlet Stores. Ala Moana Center has just opened a great deal of new shops and it is only a 15 minute walk, or 5 minute bus ride.
The shops at Hilton Hawaiian Village are fun and beautiful and the atmosphere and scenery is nice. We love the koi ponds, the gorgeous foliage and shade on a sunny afternoon. It is easy and fun to take children there.

If you are looking for transportation you can walk outside the building and catch a cab, bus, Uber, Lyft, Rent a bicycle, surfboard, motorcycle, go-cart, moped or stand up 2 wheels like the guy in Mall cop.
