Located between two major ski resorts, just 12 miles to Snowbasin and 19 to Powder Mountain, this is a skier's dream. Come home from a fun day skiing, turn on the fireplace, grab a cup of cocoa, and watch the fat snowflakes turn the Ogden Valley into a winter playground. Coming in the summer? Be prepared to enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery, lots of wildlife, and a quick drive, 3.7 miles, to Pineview Reservoir where you can boat, jet ski, and swim in the cool waters. Causey Reservoir, a 10-minute drive, is also the local's favorite for paddle boarding, fishing, and escaping in solitude.  The cabin's main floor features comfortable seating, two access points to the outdoor deck, and a large kitchen for entertaining. Fully stocked, the kitchen has granite countertops, 2 sinks, a large island, stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, and lots of extra spices.  Entertaining is easy with a dining area for six and additional seating for four around the island. The king master suite includes an outdoor deck, and an attached bathroom with a jetted tub, oversize shower, and a walk-in closet. Just off of the living space is a queen bedroom with hillside views. A bathroom is also on this level. Upstairs is a lovely loft overlooking the living room with beautiful mountain views. A twin bed, twin chair bed, and a desk area create the perfect getaway space to read and relax. Downstairs there are two more bedrooms with a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. One bedroom is a queen and the other is a full. Both have beautiful mountain views and spacious quarters. The laundry room is also located on this level.
