The fully furnished second storey unit is on the top floor and is situated on the north east point of a 25 acre condominium property offering a private entrance, great room cathedral ceiling and crown molding throughout. The kitchen has new high end stainless appliances including a U-Line dual zone wine fridge, built-in Gaggenau espresso machine and elegantly styled granite countertops. Large 20" porcelain tile extend out to the spacious balcony. Plush wall to wall berber carpeting can be found in both the Master and guest bedrooms. Key West style individually remote controlled ceilng fans are located in the living room, guest bedroom as well as the Master bedroom. The condo comes with a smart LED High Definition TV, Wi-Fi, a wall mounted bedroom LED TV, BOSE Wave music system, iPod docking station, Sony DVD player, a full HD cable channel lineup as well as HBO. This waterside community is uniquely situated on one of the widest sections of the Intracoastal waterway in all of South Florida. You can spend your day watching the boats go by or simply gazing out at Millionaires Row in Manalapan. A short 3 minute drive will take you to the expansive sandy ocean beaches located directly beside the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa (Formally the Ritz - Carlton Resort Hotel.) Travel 10 minutes north past the Palm Beach Mansions to get to legendary shopping district Worth Avenue. Afterwards drop by Taboo for lunch or wander by The Breaker's Resort & Spa for an afternoon ice tea. A short drive south takes you to the Bohemium downtown districts of Boynton Beach and Delray Beach, peppered with art galleries, theatres, cafes and world class dining. A little further down the road takes you to Boca Raton and fabulous Mizner Place. A number of Golf courses for every level of play are situtaed nearby. Diving, fishing charters and boat rentals are all located within a 3 minute drive.
