Description of the Imperial Beach vacation condo rental
Our attractively furnished, 1200 square foot, oceanfront, San Diego County vacation condo has a patio overlooking the sand and a view of the ocean. This condo is located in a quiet building with private secure parking. There are two reserved parking spaces for your use. The condo has an over sized tub and shower in the master bathroom. This is a non-smoking unit, the whole complex is non-smoking, the beach is non-smoking.

There is a large swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. Very few vacation rentals in San Diego County have a pool. The condo comes equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. And there are several outdoor barbecues for your use.

We cater to families. We maintain a family atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of our guests and neighbors. We do not allow fraternities, sororities or school groups under any circumstances. No house parties are allowed.

We are 25 minutes from Seaworld, The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and Downtown San Diego.
We are 25 minutes from San Diego Airport and 10 Minutes from The Hotel Del Coronado.

Area Information
Ready for ocean air, beautiful views and eating good food by the sea? Think Imperial Beach. San Diego County residents seldom do. But Seacoast Drive, which runs parallel to the shore in IB, has a charming small-town feel. It also boasts a few unexpected treats with a couple of international twists.

For example, three acclaimed French-trained chefs work within a block of each other, at or near the foot of the pier. From their three establishments, you can choose delectable continental cuisine, inventive pretzel sandwiches, or some of the best homemade ice cream you’ll ever taste. All three are family-owned, which seems the rule rather than the exception on Seacoast Drive. Big-chain restaurants and stores are nowhere to be seen.

What can be seen is the Coronado Islands; the pier is the closest U.S. vantage point to Mexico’s four rocky isles.

Seacoast Drive ends close to the unique Tijuana estuary, which hugs the Mexican border. In fact, a fitting IB slogan is “California Starts Here.”

A little farther south is the scenic, 2,500-acre Tijuana Estuary, a haven for more than 370 species of birds, as well as for hikers and birders. At the visitor center, adults and kids can enjoy hands-on activities. Take advantage of the estuary’s nature and bird walks and — before or after — be sure to visit lovely Seacoast Drive.
