“Perfect stay an”

Reviewed 22 Aug 2014

Perfect vacation in a perfect place! Extremely clean, fully equipped and very nice house, suitable for families with kids. We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciate all property management efforts to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Will definitely rent again!

“Amazing place!!!”

Reviewed 18 May 2014

My husband and I just recently stayed here for two weeks for our honeymoon. All of the directions they give you on how to get your keys, etc were very easy.. It was a smart way of doing it so you dont have to go through the hassle of checking in at the front desk, etc. it felt very safe because you needed a key to get anywhere / up the elevators / outside and inside the gates and garage. And then inside was absolutley amazing, very clean and super nice! We were shocked when we walked in.. We definetly want to start making this our anniversary vacation home every year :) .. The beach was super clean too! The only suggestions I have are some of the appliances are very old- the toaster didnt really work well and some of the pans were a little wobbly or old. There could also be more blankets - when we first when to lay down i noticed the sheets on the bed were stained so we didnt use them the whole time and only had the two cover ups that were in the cabinet. The closets are super messy but we just never went/looked in them again. Those were our only complaints and suggestions though, other than that it was the best vacation we have Been on together and made our honeymoon perfect!! :) we cant wait to come back!!

“Spectacular Location & Views, Comfortable Condo”

Reviewed 18 Nov 2011

We had a very good week at this condo, especially enjoying the views over the sea and the proximity to the beach and all the restaurants in Pacific Beach. The condo itself was comfortable, with large bedrooms and a nice open feel. The place is a bit dated, especially the bathrooms, which needed some work. Pros: Views - High up over Pacific Beach with spectacular views from the living room and master bedroom. Location - Stairs to the beach are steps from the front door. Loads of restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. From the condo, it is an easy drive to Sea World and the bay. Size - It isn't massive, but each of the rooms is large and the large windows make it feel larger. Comfort - The seating in the living room was comfortable, the dining table was large and convenient to the kitchen, beds were very good. Overall, just a very comfortable place. Parking - The underground parking felt very secure and was easy to get in and out of. Cons: Bathrooms - Dated decor, cracked tiles, old-and-difficult faucets (good water pressure and temp control, however). Pool temperature - The pool is nestled into the inside corner of the building's L and is shaded on the South and West. This means no sun for most of the year, and the water temp wasn't warm enough to make up for it. Kitchen outfitting - Dull knives and extremely cheap utensils and other items. Overall, we were very happy. The "cons" weren't insignificant, but for the price, you expect some. One final note; there is interenet, but no wireless. We brought our own wifi router (Apple Express is tiny) so that we could use our devices un-tethered.

“Greate family place”

Reviewed 16 Jun 2010

We rented unit 211. June haze was in san diego our entire week, but nearly everything else was excellent. We saw Doliphins most days, complex was perfect for a family. You can't find a complex more directly on the beach. We went in to San Diego 5 of our 7 days, but could have easily spent more time just hanging out at the beach had the wather been warmer any our 2 year old not hate the sand. Who ever heard of the 2 year old who hated the sand. The drive into San Diego is lovely and only 15 minutes. In unit 211 oven does not work propery and neither does the TV remote. All livable problems.
