This updated condo boasts granite countertops, hot water on demand, FREE long distance calling North America only, two new LCD TVs and high-speed internet wireless.
The condo is in building C on the second floor of a two story complex called Barefoot Beach Resort. It is half-way between the pool and the Gulf beach access. Parking is right below the unit. The condo is in a very private quiet part of the complex, very little traffic in front of unit.
Indian Shores is located between Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach. Easy distance between Tampa and St. Petersburg airports.
Of course you are interested in location. The location is amazing. One side you have the Gulf directly across the street on the other side you have the Intercoastal waters perfect for fishing and walking. The beach itself is sandy and endless, shallow enough for kids with plenty of shells to collect and wildlife to observe.
The condo is a one bedroom, one bathroom that sleeps 4 with a pull out queen sized couch/sofa. There is also an additional daybed in the Lanai with a twin mattress. Well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and comes with full sized appliances, microwave, fridge with icemaker and stove. Coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster are also included. Bakeware, pots and pans and all utensils and glassware are included. Beach chairs, kids toys, water toys are in the closet. Linens are provided except beach towels.
The newly carpeted bedroom has a queen size bed with two nightstands, ceiling fan, armoire, dresser and an alarm clock.
French doors lead out of the bedroom into the sunroom/lanai area that catches the morning sun. Internet connection is in the lanai.
The bathroom has a walk in shower with glass doors. Wall mounted hair-dryer. Plenty of storage space. Shower curtains have been provided to avoid injury please do not have small children play with the glass doors. Other items included are iron, ironing board, vacuum and cleaning supplies. Beach toys, chairs etc.
This is a self-catering unit. You are responsible for any other supplies you may require.
Laundry is coin operated and is located at the end of the walkway. You can get quarters at the front office, grocery store or local bank.
The condo is located next to pubs and several restaurants. Some notable ones include; Crabby Bills, Salt Rock Grill, The Lobster Pot. Take the Suncoast Trolley up and down the strip to the famous John's Pass Village or to Clearwater Beach. There are numerous activities for children as well such as Smugglers Cove MiniPut which is a short walk.
The pool is heated and overlooks the intercoastal waters. There are grills(gas Barbeques) around the resort and onsite Guest Services office that can assist you with any issues that may arise or answer any questions you may have. Please note that I do not use that front office, please contact my property manager with any concerns about the condo.
I am constantly adding items and improving the unit. Please feel free to update me on anything that needs replacing or is missing from the unit.

Mini-put next door and Salt Rock Grill is our other neighbor.
Many restaurants line Gulf Blvd. There is a 7-11 a block away and a coffee shop as well. A trolley/bus is available on Gulf Blvd and it will take you just about anywhere, Clearwater Beach, John's Pass etc.
There are cruises, watercraft, bird sanctuary, bike rentals all close by. Oh and of course golfing, too many to mention.

Sorry to be so late in writing you, but I do want to thank you so very much for renting your lovely condo. It was perfect. My husband and I travel to Indian Shores on the holidays to visit his dad so sometimes the days are a little stressed. However, your home is a real "pick-us-upper" and you are correct in bragging rights about location.

Lori. Thanks for renting your condo to us for the last two weeks. We have left your condo as we found outside of the dirty linen. We enjoyed ourselves and the condo is exactly as advertised...Linda and Harvey
