Upgrade was long overdue. Still needs upgrading for bathrooms and bedrooms. Three year bridge building with lots of noise. Waterfront raised our rent 15% for living room upgrade that included painting. I dont't feel the increase was justified.....will be looking for other rentals as a result.
This guest did not stay in the condo pictured in this listing. They were a repeat renter in another of our managed Isla Del Sol properties that has had extensive upgrades in the last year and is in very high demand. Due to the upgrades, the condo they rented was elevated to our Premium category which is $100 per week more during High Season. We have a waiting list for this condo and this guest has chosen rebook for February & March of 2013 despite their comments posted here two weeks after they confirmed that reservation.

The condo was awesome. Great location. Beautiful weather. The only downside was we needed internet access for my son to do his school work and the internet was not always available.

This was a very nice unit. We have stayed at Isla 4 times now in different units. Kitchen is new, nicely decorated living area, not too cluttered. Two beach towels were provided. Very clean. Maintenance took care of a waterheater issue quickly. This is a great place to stay, close to nice beaches, restaurants and shops.
Best condo we've stayed in yet in Isla Del Sol...which is off and on for the past 20 years. Don't hesitate to rent this one. Amenities are clean and in proper working order. Condo is tastefully decorated. Paul & Mary C 6/25-7/3/2011
I booked this online because it looked nice, and when we arrived it was even better than expected. These condos are primarily occupied by owners that are year-round residents. It is well-maintained and not overrun with tourists. If you want relatively easy access to activities like beaches, golf and dining without having to deal with tourist/resort crowds 24/7, this is the place. The condo itself was comfortable, roomy and clean. The pool was great and never crowded. Some of the other building in the complex have access to better beach frontage so if that is what you are looking for be sure to call and ask before you book. However, even nicer beaches are only a short drive away. I would definitely recommend this unit! Patrick M 4/7-14/2012

Everything was great. This unit is perfect in all respects. If this were my unit I wouldn't change a thing. The property managers were also very helpful.
