Minimum Rental: 28 Days "Manatee Manor" is a 3 Bedrooms and 2 ½ Baths home with POOL, Dock, and all new furnishings make this your opportunity to experience The Florida Keys at its best. Conveniently located on a deep and wide canal with easy access to the Bay or a short ride to Tavernier Creek to cut over to the Ocean provides easy access to all water sports. Relax by the sparkling pool on one of the lounge chairs or curl up on the outdoor sofa or one of the chairs in the covered area and read a book or plan your next adventure. This home is all about convenience and comfort. Indoors you'll enjoy the open concept living with spacious gourmet kitchen, living and dining areas and the split bedroom plan. There's a large flat screen TV and entertainment center in the open area and access to the screened balcony. The kitchen bar has chairs (not stools) surrounding the oversized counter. The formal dining table sits just off to the side with chairs that are the right size for either the counter or the table so you and your family and friends can gather at either location. The master suite provides direct access to the screened balcony, king bed and ensuite bath with whirlpool tub and separate stall shower. Two additional bedrooms are located on the other side of the living area. There is a bonus area on the ground level with a sitting area, wall mounted TV, queen sized sleeper sofa and half bath. Rate Details: Rent is $5,950 to $7,950/month depending on season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $330 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $1,000. Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $300 for two pets. There is an additional $45 pet cleaning fee. Utility Caps: $100 water/mo. and $250 electricity/mo.
