“Key's trip!!!”

Had a great time. Beautiful house. Very convenient to everything. We highly recommend this property.

“Lovely Islamorada Oasis”

Reviewed 11 Jan 2016

We traveled to Islamorada on Dec. 26th, 2015. The traffic from FLL to Islamorada was the only negative of the trip. It was bumper to bumper the entire way and took us 4 hours. Interesting to note it only took 2 hours at 6am to travel back to the airport once we departed on Jan. 1st, 2016. Tony's home is warm, has all the amenties and is exactly as described. The pool was a nice plus. We had lovely weather and our family of 5 enjoyed our trip. The closest grocery store is about a 15 minute drive away, and with crazy holiday traffic, it wasn't someplace we wanted to visit often. At this time of year, however, reservations in the restaurants is a must! The house is equipped with everything you could need to cook your own meals, and we did that a couple of evenings. The only challenge of the house was getting the suitcases up the narrow spiral staircase to access the master bedroom. The house appears to have an elevator that isn't accessible but would make getting luggage upstairs less cumbersome. That was the only inconvenience in the house and it was only slightly inconvenient as we have 3 teens who tackled the task. I think if it were an older person, that could be problematic. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home and would recommend it (in fact, I already have recommended it to a friend!) Thanks for your hospitality Tony!

“Great space! Felt like I was back home in Jamaica!”

Reviewed 17 Nov 2015

I've booked vacations in Islamorada/Key Largo before, but never in a vacation home. This was my first time doing so and I enjoyed every minute of it! The owner was very courteous, timely with responses, and everything was as they described it would be. The house was spacious, comfortable, clean, sufficiently "airy" and the perfect size for a large family or group of friends. My friends and I had the luxury of being the first to enjoy the pool. With the house being a short drive away from the nearest beach, this is a great amenity if you ever want to take a quick dip. Not to mention, there are kayaks if you want to get on the water for a relaxing stroll in the canal. I highly recommend booking this property if space and comfort are atop your priority list.

“Island Time!”

Reviewed 20 Aug 2015

One of the best weeks ever in the keys. We love islamarada. So many things to do and most is so close by. We had great weather great fishing, great boating, great dockage , easy access to bay side and ocean. what else do ya need? The house was very comfortable for 6 people. We are looking forward to going back.

“Great place for a family/couples' vacation!!”

Reviewed 15 Jul 2015

The house was great; super clean and furnished/upgraded beautifully! We absolutely loved the set-up. We were 3 couples and each had our own section of the house; privacy when we needed it and close enough to gather in the common areas when we wanted to. The owner of the home was fast with his responses when we had questions which was important to us too. The biggest drawback for us, being on a fishing trip, was that there wasn't a freezer for bait/chum or a filet table. Also, we could have really used directions to the closest boat ramp and how to get back to the house in the waters. The house is tucked back in the channels a little making it tricky. Otherwise, the house was gorgeous and our stay was amazing!!

“Escape”

Reviewed 21 Feb 2015

The owner was very attentive to our needs. I sent him a text and he was " all over it". His house was decorated beautifully with a extremely well equipped kitchen. We cooked and grilled almost every night. Venetian shores is a nice community, nice to walk up and down the canals and enjoy looking at boats. About a mile from a very large park with walking trail, Olympic size swimming pool and sandy beach, even has a net to hit golf balls into for golfers to practice. I would recommend this home to anyone. If you have a disability make sure to tell the owner, as the house also has an elevator. enjoy the stay, we did!

“Perfect house/perfect location”

Reviewed 1 Aug 2014

This is an awesome house in the perfect location. The house is spacious and comfortable. Pool is NICE. Great dock. Tony was EXTREMELY helpful and accomodating and gave plenty of information and answered all questions quickly. We are picky about accomodations when traveling and this house exceeded our expectations. Pictures don't do justice. It's perfect! Plenty of restaurants nearby accessible by boat or land. Easy to get out to ocean or bay in 2-3 minutes. We had a perfect week in Islamorada!

“Great place! Brilliant service!”

Reviewed 29 Mar 2014

We spent a week here in March with 6 adults and two children and it was wonderful. A great location for islamorada and all it has to offer and we also hired a boat and took advantage of the huge dock. Manatees came by daily to be watered off the dock and dolphins too. Kitchen as good as anything, beds very comfortable, excellent size of accommodation and the swimming pool is immaculate. Thank you Tony for all your help in making it a great week.

“Clean and Relaxing”

Reviewed 7 May 2013

My family recently rented this home. Very convinient and easy to find. The home was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had more than enough pots and pans and utensils to accomodate us. They even had the "oops I forgot" items like dishwasher soap salt and pepper and some spices. Plenty of kitchen towels as well as amazing plushy bathroom towels. The bath towels were just like Bellagio in vegas!! Pillows and beds again of great quality. Although the downfall to that is you don't want to get up and get on with the day!!! The sofas and chairs again so comfy!! Having access to the computer for finding destinations was also very helpful. The outside is very neat and tidy. Met the groundskeeper, he was really nice. Pool is key. I loved having it to cool you off after doing some fishing off the canal. The kids loved going out in the morning to fish before we went touring about. Our favorite restaurant was just about a mile and half over the first bridge south called Island Grill. Nice people, good food and some great music. Laundry is in the lower level of the house. Clean and new machines---made that yucky chore less of a task!! If I had any questions about the house, the owner Tony, was quick to get back to me. I would stay here again !!
