Description of the Islamorada vacation townhouse rental
Experience total seclusion in this ten-unit oceanfront complex called Port of Call, nestled along Millionaire's Row in Plantation Key, Islamorada on the Atlantic Ocean, Mile Marker 88.

Outdoor facilities include a heated pool; chickee hut with common area barbecue grills, Volleyball courts on a white sand beach, and a free day use boat dock. Peacocks are commonly seen on the property.

Enjoy world-class fishing, diving, and snorkeling! Located in the heart of the sport fishing capital of the world and just ten minutes from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, the only living coral reef in the continental USA. There are numerous coral reefs and wrecks for the snorkeler, novice diver as well as advanced diver.

The townhome, 1550 sq. Feet, is three floors with open or screened-in porches. The carport, long enough to fit two cars is located on the first level. Second level is the living area, enlarged front screen porch, kitchen, dining atrium area, and half bathroom. A spiral staircase leads you to the third level that includes two bedrooms each with their own private bath. The master bedroom opens onto a large screened porch with ocean view. Lastly, the second spiral staircase guides you to the large sun deck on the roof. Experience the finest sunrises and sunsets the keys have to offeeWr from any point in the townhome.

This townhome includes a charcoal barbecue grill, and picnic table on the first level. Pet friendly complex, heated pool, boat dock and lush tropical landscape.

The living area is roomy with ample comfortable seating, flat screen TV with cable connection and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and a washer & dryer in the utility closet. Dine in the atrium eating area or on the large, screened, oceanfront deck with patio furniture.

Enjoy the coastal breeze,360 degree oceanview and the sun on the sundeck roof.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis and must be approved prior to your arrival. All pets must be leashed while on the property and picked up after. No pets are allowed in the pool area. There is a nonrefundable pet feel

Our townhome is one of only 10 located on lush tropical grounds We are tucked away at the end of a street with no traffic noise. Our place feels like a home away from home and would serve as a great home base to take advantage of all that the Keys have to offer. Things to do in the local area include deep sea fishing, snorkeling and diving, kite boarding, kayaking, nature tours and more. There are many great ocean front drinking and dining options. Many restaurants will cook your catch.

City Hall Cafe is within walking distance. Mile Marker 88 is just across highay 1 on the bay side.
You will need a car to take full advantage of all that our area has to offer
Best Time of the Year to Travel
Winter is high season in the Keys but we enjoy the locale year round. Just note that we do experience the occasional hurricaine!

Other Vacation Rental Amenities
There is a heated pool that is shared by the 10 townhomes that make up our community. We have wonderful views and a dock that extends into the Atlantic ocean. Like much of the shoreline in the Keys, our small beach has a shoreline that is composed of exposed rocky coral. Our beach sand is hard packed and coarse. There are natural sandy beaches in the area but most folks who vacation in the Keys come for the crystal clear waters and spend their time diving, boating and fishing.
