Description of the Isle of Palms vacation cottage rental
This four bedroom beach cottage has a traditional island reversed floor plan. The main living area is upstairs in order to catch the ocean breezes from the large porch.

Upon entering the home you are greeted by a quaint and colorful sitting area. It's the perfect place for children to gather to watch TV, play games, or use the desk for art or a lap top. This level includes 2 bedrooms, one with a full bed and one with two twins. There is a shared bathroom. Your washer and dryer are also on this floor.

At the top of the stairs you are welcomed by the charming and comfortable main living space. A leather sofa is surrounded by unique beach décor. There is a large flat screen television, DVD player, and WIFI. The wicker dining table seats four. This level includes one queen bedroom and one king bedroom with a shared bathroom. The galley kitchen includes a dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker.

A highlight of this cottage is the large porch. There is upscale outdoor furniture for relaxing and a table and chairs for dining. Of course, there is a grill for cooking local seafood.

Underneath the house is a covered parking area and storage room. In the storage room you will find beach chairs, bicycles, and the popular corn hole game.

The Isle of Palms consists of 5 miles of beach and the northern tip ends at Wild Dunes Resort. It is very close to Sullivan's Island, and Mt. Pleasant, and is only 15 miles to downtown Charleston. There are many activities very close to enjoy- sight seeing, restaurants, golf, tennis, water sports, jet skiing, boat rentals, Isle of Palms Marina, and Isle of Palms Recreation Center. The Harris Teeter sits right beside the Isle of Palms Connector for your grocery needs. The Isle of Palms front beach is also a great choice for restaurants and souvenirs.

Amazing property, perfect location, excellent size for our party of 8, owner very accommodating and easy to work with. Overall tremendous vacation rental for those unfamiliar with Charleston! Would definitely use again without hesitation!
