Your perfect beach escape is waiting… New to the rental market, 314 Charleston is situated on a corner lot near the southern tip of the Isle of Palms across the quiet street to the beach. Enjoy long, sunny days spent lounging by the private pool or basking on the nearby sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean.

This charming home is perfect for large groups or multiple families, boasting 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and two levels, each with a living room and kitchen. The home is decorated with mix of fun and modern coastal décor, updated furniture and light fixtures, flat-screen TVs, and plenty of windows to allow in the natural lighting.

The expansive upstairs includes the main kitchen, living and dining room areas, 4 bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms. Each bedroom on this level has one queen bed and share the two bathrooms, which are both accessible from main living room. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for cooking a lowcountry meal and the upstairs dining room table has seating for 8 guests. Also, the fantastic sunroom off of the living room offers plenty of windows that open to enjoy the fresh air and salty breezes. Relax with a book on the porch or conveniently access the top sundeck to enjoy some sunshine.

A unique spiral staircase, located off the living room upstairs, connects the two levels of the home. Once downstairs, you will find an additional fully-equipped kitchen and second living room with sofa and flat-screen TV. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on this level. The bedrooms consist of a one king-sized bed, one full-sized bed, and a third room with one set of bunk beds (full/twin). These rooms share 3 bathrooms, which are easily accessed from a hallway or main room. The laundry room for the home is located in the entryway of the lower level.

The exceptional private pool is located in the landscaped, fenced-in back yard. With a fun wet bar, covered porch with patio dining, and picnic table, it’s the perfect oasis to spend your afternoons. The outside seating provides 14 additional seats for dining with a large group. Additionally, the backyard area exits across a quiet street to the beach. Only steps away from a beach access path leading directly to the ocean. For added convenience, there is abundant parking and we do provide all linens and bath towels.

The Isle of Palms consists of 5 miles of beach and the northern tip ends at Wild Dunes Resort. It is very close to Sullivan's Island, and Mt. Pleasant, and is only 15 miles to downtown Charleston. There are many activities very close to enjoy- sight seeing, restaurants, golf, tennis, water sports, jet skiing, boat rentals, Isle of Palms Marina, and Isle of Palms Recreation Center. The Harris Teeter sits right beside the Isle of Palms Connector for your grocery needs. The Isle of Palms front beach is also a great choice for restaurants and souvenirs.
