Nestled on 2 acres with a large pond and real privacy. This 2 story cottage is Very comfortable with 3 bedrooms downstairs (full bath) and master up (full bath) Bright and inviting, open concept upstairs with central free standing antique brick fireplace
The pond is wonderful for swimming or skating. It is possible to ski back from the Mtn but most drive or walk. Satellite TV and sound system. Jay Peak has arguably the best skiing in the East with abundant fresh snow and excellent terrain. One of the very few places that endorse woods skiing. The Resort features indoor waterpark and a host of other activities. Snowmobiling and sleigh rides nearby. The area offers some excellent dining and pub style experiences.

A: In Summer, I like to hike, bike and play in the pond. Exploring little shops, antiquing, auctions, restaurants and our excellent Golf CourseI walk to it.
Winter, the reason I bought at Jayskiing, fabulous skiing, snow shoeing, there are horse drawn sleigh rides , snowmobiling and of course the indoor water park which is a gas.
