This huge ground floor Coach House apt. unit 101 is the most popular vacation rental in this 150 year old boutique apartment building that was once the original hotel for the Jay Peak area. For the past decade though, this lovely historic building has been operating as a very popular, affordable and comfortable vacation rental property in the heart of a classic Vermont village close to the ski slopes and golf courses of Jay Peak.

Visitors enjoy all modern amenities and comforts including high speed wifi, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and much more.

This 3 bedroom Jay Peak vacation rental has a queen size bed in two bedrooms and 2 twins in the third bedroom. With the twin pull out sofa bed, the apartment can sleep a maximum of 7 persons.

Location, Location, Location

The best thing about this cono is the location. Just steps from the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. The condo is spacious enough, and is well equiped. It is tired and needs some updating. About two weeks after we arrived were told the roof was being repaired so it became quite noisy if you were in the condo. We couldn't use the balcony for a few days because of roofing material falling over. Across the street there is a public parking garage and you always had traffic coming and going. At night bright lights from the parking garage. A hotel across the street was also going under some renevation. Every morning sometime around 5:30 a huge truck would pull up outside our window and offload and empty container, get the the full one drop it down then take the empty one. Very noisy again. Every day the garbage trucks would come in the morning also to empty the big bins at local hotels. Again very noisy. When we arrived the wifi wasn't working, but the person who looks after the property for the owner was very quick in getting up and running for us. The heated pool was very good and was enjoyed every day as well as the beach.

Footsteps from the beach!!

We enjoyed our stay at this Tropical Beach Retreat! Large 1 bedroom condo with all the amenities needed when planning to spend most of your time on the beautiful Hollywood Beach which is literally steps away!!!!Would definitely rent again! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because one of the neighbors is a heavy smoker, and the hallways from both entrances reflect the heavy smoking! Luckily the apartment itself is clean, and smoke free, but to get up the stairs to the apartment you have to deal with it, for those with sensitive noses, you may have an issue. Outside of that minor fact, a wonderful place, great price, and *perfect* location on the boardwalk!

Unfortunately I was not able to stay at this property because of a conflict in schedules. However, the owner went out of her way to connect me with others to accommodate my needs. In the future I will plan better and rent from this incredible owner!
