“Good Apartment, great location”
The apartment, although smaller than it looks in pictures, has everything four people will need to stay comfortably. The owner is solicitous and responsive. The area is beautiful and convenient. Would use again.
A wonderful apartment. Met all our needs. It was bright, quite, spacious, and modern with a fully equipped kitchen and in a good location, We liked the plenty of free parking. It has two bedrooms each with its own bathroom which was very helpful. The one drawback was the 3 TVs never really work (the fault of the cable company and not the owner). If we had any questions, Judith was right there and came right over if there was any problems. The washing machine and dryer is a plus. Yes, we would stay there again.
“Home away from Home”
Having owned a home in the neighborhood for many years, I was looking for a place, that although could never replace the home I lost, would provide me a warm, comfortable, clean, and cheery apartment I could call home during my visits to Jerusalem. I wasn't disappointed. It has all the amenities one would need. I enjoyed cooking, reading, relaxing, working and entertaining from Judith's short term rental. When I had an internet issue, she was over in a flash to contact HOT and have the issue resolved. For those looking for a place that caters to the North American tastes of creature comforts, this will definitely meet your standards. Looking forward to my next visit.
I read all of the fabulous reviews before I rented this magnificent apartment. None of them did it justice! Judith is truly a wonderful, kind, considerate lovely person. It is so apparent that she has a good heart and really wants her guests to enjoy and love the experience of staying in the apartment. I stayed for 2 months! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel that it was my home. I loved it! It is he perfect apartment. The location could not be better. I could walk everywhere (and I did!!!) and everything was available in the neighborhood. The apartment is gorgeous and so comfortable. The bedrooms are comfortable and the mattresses are fabulous! I've never slept better! None of the reviews mentioned the plush plentiful towels or the wonderful window shades that really keep out the light! Also I must comment on the superb water pressure in both showers! What a pleasure! If you are lucky enough to rent this apartment it will only enhance your wonderful Jerusalem/Israel experience. It certainly did for me and I can't wait to come back!!! I'm sorry there are only 5 stars to give- Judith and the apartment deserve more!
Our family of four stayed at this lovely apartment at the end of November. We appreciated the convenient location to restaurants, a grocery store, shopping and taxi cabs. The apartment was very updated, immaculate and supplied with everything you would need. Unfortunately Judith was out of town but she contacted us on a daily basis to make sure all our needs were met. She even had orange juice, milk and fruit in the kitchen for us, so thoughtful. We appreciated that the apartment had a washer and dryer since we had been traveling a few days before arriving in Jerusalem. Judith also helped us with transportation from Ben Gurion airport. This apartment was charming and well cared for, the perfect place to stay.
“Well located and clean”
The apartment owners were very helpful and accomodating - the was milk and OJ in the fridge to take care of our morning needs before starting our time in Jerusalem. The building is well located and secure and while it is one of three high-rises and therefore not the most charming structure in the German Colony, the natural light and clean simplicity of the apartment were wonderful and comfortable. Another real plus is that each bedroom has its own bathroom which was ideal for two couples sharing the space. The beds were firm and comfortable as well. All around we were very satisfied with the apartment and it's owner's are great.
“Very comfortable condo”
This is a comfortable condo a short walk to Emek Rafaim St. There are two bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom. There is easy parking in front of the building (a bit hard to find) the condo is well equipped. We appreciated the welcome fruit basket and wine.
We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 8 nights. It is perfect in every way; roomy, CLEAN, great location, owner very accommodating, full of amenities. Look no further you will not be disappointed! I high recommend this apartment, it totally enhanced our visit to Jerusalem. Thank you Judith!
Owner's reply: Thanks!
The apartment and its location are outstanding; clean and comfortable. Judith the owner went out of her way to great us and make sure that we are comfortable. We will be back. Shlomo & Debbie
“This apartment absolutely MADE our Jerusalem stay!”
I hate surprises when I make long-distance arrangements. Well, I was surprised by this apartment. Surprised in only a delighted kind of way. This beautiful apartment was considerably more wonderful than the Website description and pics suggested. It was bright and sunny, spotless, warm and inviting, spacious, and wonderfully located. What is more though it is only on first floor (that's one floor up off ground for us Americans) it has an elevator. Try arriving with luggage and you'll really appreciate it. It doesn't hurt with shopping bags either. All amenities worked--nothing broken or not working properly. Fantastic! Another thing that can leave a bad taste with rentals is dealing with unfriendly agent or owner. We didn't discover an owner--we found a friend. What a pleasure it was being treated like a jewel on the cushion of hospitality. What a charming and gracious lady. We hated to leave and we look back with fond nostalgia. This apartment contributed greatly to the enjoyment of our visit. Furthermore I enjoyed working in it too. I wrote seven chapters of my new book at that dining room table. You should not hesitate to stay here if you're lucky enough to be able to do so. I have only one request--please don't try book it when I want it again.
