The location is Fantastic, you have all you can thing of, around you by walking distance! The apt. including everything you will need, full kitchen with Espresso Machine , fully bathrooms, full bedrooms, everything is there !!Also, there is 2 TV's (1 in each living room with internet TV), and Wireless all over the apt, and Telephone with free local phone calls.Crib (up to 3 years old) & High chair for a baby.AC in all apt.! Washing machine, Clothes dryer, Iron & Iron board. All 4 bedrooms including: Clean sheets + blankets + Pillows.

This is our third time renting from Bar over the last three years. This is a large completely renovated apartment that appears brand new and is spotlessly clean. It has all of the mod-coms one would expect, (excellent internet/television/kitchen/bathrooms) All new appliances and furniture. This apartment has three separate air conditioners/heaters that are also brand new. The location does not have free parking, but there are city lots nearby and Bar may have a place for you to park for free if you are prepared to walk for a few minutes. The location is excellent as you can get to Jaffa Gate by foot very quickly on large pedestrian only streets. The area is buzzing with cafes, book shops, clothing stores and gift shops. The area is active nearly 24 hours with many families out enjoying ice creme very late at night. The area is completely safe and appears to be the hippest place to be in Jerusalem in the evenings. There are several 24 hour markets nearby that are also open on Saturday. Bar is the most professional leasing agent that I have ever worked with. He is there to greet you as soon as you arrive and ensures that you are familiar with how everything works and the neighborhood conveniences. I will surely try to rent this flat again on my next visit to Jerusalem.

The location of the apartment is great for tourists- walking distance to city center, restaurants, busses, and the street market.The manager of the apartment was very accomodating and eager to help with whatever I needed. The apartment is in great condition, clean, and was stocked with essential items (paper goods, soap, shampoo, etc...). Overall, the apartment was a very comfortable space to live in while on vacation. Visitors that stopped by shared the same sentiment- great apartment!
