Villaa 228F - Frigate House is a lovely two bedroom waterfront villa with an extended deck, located on the sought after South Finger of Jolly Harbour.

The property is laid out over two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped extended kitchen / laundry area, half bathroom, dining area and lounge. The lounge is comfortably furnished with seating for 5 persons and also has TV & DVD with cable.

The living area leads you onto the partially covered extended patio terrace with outdoor dining for 4, 2 sun loungers and a BBQ grill. From here you have beautiful views overlooking the waterfront and the sleeping Indian beyond.

Upstairs are 2 bright and airy bedrooms, the master being complete with a double sleigh bed and small balcony and the other with twin beds. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.

The Villa is fully air-conditioned and is complete with ceiling fans and insect screens throughout.

If your idea of a perfect holiday is lazing the day away on the beach then take visit to the beach located within a 3 minute walk away from the villa. However for the more active holidaymaker there are many on site activities to undertake. These include Tennis, Swimming, 18 Hole golf course, Basketball, Squash, Gym, Cycling, Hiking and Running (most of these activities carry a charge)

Watersports activities on offer include: Wind surfing, Water skiing, Water Bicycles, Jet Skis etc…

On – Site there is a shopping centre which offers a wide range of products and services to suit every need including: 3 Banks, Beauty Salon, Art Shop, Car Hire, Golf Cart Rental There is a lot on offer when deciding where to eat out, from snacks and burgers to fine cuisine. Notable eateries include Castaways restaurant located directly on the beach, Peters Steakhouse and Italian Mellini’s is situated in the centre of the resort. At the portafino building you will find Al Porto, which offers 2 for 1 pizza every Tuesday and an all you can eat pasta buffet on a Thursday (Subject to change)

Antigua has 365 beaches, one for each day of the year, all of which are open to the public.

St Johns is about 15 minutes drive from Jolly Harbour and has a great duty free shopping area.
