Villa 420D is a lovely two bedroom waterfront villa located on the North Finger of Jolly Harbour. This rental is inclusive of a golf cart.

The property is laid out over two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, powder room, dining area and living room.  The living area leads you onto the partly covered patio terrace overlooking the waterfront with table and chairs, sun loungers and a gas BBQ grill.

The upper floor has are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom with a balcony that overlooks the marina and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Villa 420D is fully air-conditioned and is complete with ceiling fans and insect screens throughout. The nearest beach is an approximate two minute walk from the villa.

The marina complex itself includes a large supermarket for stocking up your villa or yacht’s necessities, shops with great views of the marina and tropical gardens, beauty salon, art gallery, fitness centre and a sports centre with complimentary swimming pool and squash and tennis courts to rent. In addition to all this, golfers can enjoy a round or two at the Jolly Harbour Golf course.

Enjoy beach activities including wind surfing, water bicycles and water skiing or just indulging on the white sand and turquoise waters.

Jolly Harbour also offers many restaurants and bars including Castaways Beach Bar, Fire House Grill, Crows Net, Al Porto’s Italian, plus many more
