Nestled in the quaint subdivision of Magic Sands Estates, Akai Hale (UNIT 1) is a 4,000 square foot, Island style home. Akai Hale offers a contemporary, relaxed atmosphere with spacious interior, recreation room with ping pong table, and private pool. Our home is within walking distance (two Blocks) to world famous Magic Sands Beach and the fabulous Jameson's By The Sea Restaurant.

Elua Akai (UNIT 2) is a 3800-square-foot, island-style home that offers a contemporary, relaxed atmosphere with spacious interior, large private pool, and lanai area with direct ocean views, perfect for entertaining. This luxury home is simply stunning.

While being centrally located in the quaint town of Kailua-Kona, the house is situated minutes from the best snorkeling beach on the island, a 36-hole world class golf course, and Hawaii's historic Kealakekua Bay. The combo is also conveniently located to Keauhou Shopping Center where you can find gourmet coffee shops, fine dining and casual restaurants, movie theatres, a supermarket, and more.

This was a great rental home at a fair price. Only one block from Alii Drive, so you are close to "everything Kona". Room were all large and clean. AC in the bedrooms was a real plus as it is sometimes hot in the evening - even in February. Pool was also great. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat.

Everything was perfect! The pictures do not do it justice. Prime location, close to eveything but still quiet. This beautiful home is so spacious, plenty of room for all of the family with private rooms, baths, huge closets, the most comfortable beds, tastefully decorated with ocean breezes to put us to sleep at night. Fabulous view throughout the home. Pool was perfect temperature, clean, well kept, surrounded by gorgeous landscaping and extremely private. There were fans and air conditioning, but we never turned them on because the breeze kept the place cool. I can't say enough about this home. Zach was so easy to work with, very genuine and great customer service. I would highly recommend this house and would definitely rent it again the next time we visit.
