THIS CONDO SLEEPS 7!! THREE professiona tennis courts. I have various vacancies in November and December if you are planning a vacation on the "Big Island" of Hawaii. There are plenty more pictures and info on my site listed with this ad about my very nice and spacious condo. April and May begin the off-season in Hawaii (starting April 1 thru Dec. 14) and, at $106 per night (15% off normal $125 per night) you won't find a better value in Kona when you consider cost, comfort, size, location, amenities, quality, AND...it sleeps up to 7 guests!! This unit is in a beautiful gated complex and is a bottom floor condo. The "Big Island" is a great place to "get out of town" for a few days as the island has numerous attractions, activities, and gorgeous beaches. There are airlines offering direct flights into Kona International Airport. Even my property management company (located in Kona) agrees that I am offering a great value. This complex is at the end of Alii Dr. approx. 4 miles from downtown Kailua-Kona. The complex is also ocean front, but, my condo is located in building #8 in the aerial photo. There are beautiful beaches with snorkeling activities along the way. There is shopping within 3/4 miles away including Safeway, hardware, retaurant, and various other businesses. Costco is approx. 5.5 miles away.
