RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS: Trinity Properties will accept and hold a tentative reservation for seven days. Payment of the applicable Rental Deposit amount together with a completed Guest Reservation Application must be received and approved by Trinity Properties before a confirmation will be issued. No grace period will apply. Final payment, consisting of the remaining rental balance, Security Deposit and applicable taxes must be received by Trinity Properties at least 45 days prior to guest arrival except for Christmas rentals in which the final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If booked less than 45 days in advance of guest arrival the entire payment is due before a confirmation will be issued. Failure to make payments on a timely basis will make reservations subject to cancellation. Checks are made payable to: Trinity Properties, Ltd. If you wish to send a wire transfer, please let us know and we will provide the wiring instructions. If you wish to pay via creditcar, please let us know and we will issue you the appropriate additional paperwork.
