Description of the Kailua vacation b&b rental
The lovely Kailua Beachside House is a 2 bedroom 2 bath house that is great for families and couples alike. It's location can't be beat only 2 houses from the world famous white sands of Kailua Beach.

This house is perfect for those wanting fun in the sun! On your short stroll back from the beach access you can wash off in the convenient outdoor shower. The street ends a cul de sac at the beach access with no public parking, so you won't have any traffic and therefore have loads of open sand to yourselves!

Walking into the rental the 1st floor has a bathroom. The toilet is in a separate room than the brand new tiled shower- ideal for large groups and running in and out from the beach! Throw your wet towels and suits in the washer and dryer area also on the 1st floor.

Then head on up to the living area on the 2nd floor. Two dining areas provide plenty of sitting. The charming treehouse like feel of the house gives you views of the mountains as well as glimpses of the ocean. A full kitchen has everything you'll need for those meals you'd like to prepare at home. The living room has a day bed and a futon for extra sleeping.

The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and A/C and is located on the 2nd floor. The second bathroom is also located on this level.

The 2nd bedroom is up one more level with lovely views. It's a great way to wake up. This bedroom also has A/C.

All in all this is THE property for those that want a relaxed Hawaiian vacation close to the beach!

*Please note: we do NOT allow weddings/receptions/parties or any other gatherings. Guests on the reservation should be the only ones at the house. Mahalo!
Area Information
Besides the amazing proximity to the beach this property has a terrific location. Away from the hustle and bustle enough to enjoy that quiet slow Hawaiian pace, but close enough to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Need groceries? Safeway is just a 2 minute drive down the road. The heart of Kailua town is only about a 5 minute car ride away. Need to grab someone at the airport? The H3 entrance is less than 5 minutes away and then it's over the mountains and there in less than 30 minutes!
