“Amazing stay!”

Beautiful home, beautiful location and Jennifer was a wonderful host. We would love to come back next time we're in Oahu!

Owner's reply: Thank you for staying with us. We're looking forward to having you again. Aloha!

“perfect place for two family vacation”

Reviewed 1 Dec 2016

The home owner, first of all, was very flexible in accommodating the place for our vacation. My family and my wife's family all enjoyed the beautiful house. We also had our small and intimate wedding ceremony under the owner's permission which turned out perfect. The house is spacious, the furniture is gorgeous, and the rooms were clean. Location was perfect, far enough from Waikiki busy area and yet close to some of the famous mountains, beach areas and restaurants in the Eastern Oahu.

Owner's reply: We are happy to have been a part of your special event. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Looking forward to having you again.Aloha!

“The Rico's Family Vacation”

The property is in a great location, the houses are well kept and the caretaker is very friendly. However, the house is listed as hosting 24 people. There is no way that the house can sleep 24 people. Max 18 and that would be the entire estate. The sleeping Futons are nothing but two small mattresses and not real futons for an adult to sleep on. The property is missing supplies, there were no paper towels, and no trash bags. My biggest issue was the Jacuzzi being set on limited time. We paid top dollar to stay in this property, we should have access to a heated pool and Jacuzzi at all times.

Owner's reply: Thank you for staying with us. This group booked the entire estate, standard occupancy for the home is 20. The sleeping situation was explained to them prior to booking. The futons are regular size - nothing was misrepresented. The home is stocked with the essentials for a couple of days as always and guests would need to purchase for the remainder of their stay. As for the jacuzzi, the current schedule is from 5-9pm, we will work for a better solution with this issue.

“Extended Family Trip”

Reviewed 15 Oct 2016

There were 10 of us in total (2 generations) that shared the beautiful house! There was lots of space for family time and for more quiet conversations. There's a beautiful coi pond and gazebo/salt water fish enclave that you can visit shared by 4 units on the property (3 rental and 1 owners). The house is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with appliances and adequate cooking items. There are 6 or so beach towels, but other beach gear should be brought with you. The farmer's market on Sunday morning and Wednesday evening was a hit. The Valley of the Temples is close and worth a visit. Kailua is great for restaurants and beaches. Agnes' Portuguese Bakery had great malasadas. Kailua, Lanikai and Waimanalo beaches were great for sunning and body surfing. The parking is tight - so a maximum of 3 cars is suggested. There's no swimming beach access and the pool is small and shared with all the units.

Owner Supplied Testimonials

The condition of the rental was excellent and provided plenty of room for our group of 12. We were very satisfied and would book the rental again. The owner was very friendly and helpful which made the stay much more enjoyable. Shiela provided excellent service but there was confusion on check in probably due to our misunderstanding. The best part of the trip was the many activities that Oahu offered. Hawaii is a great place to vacation.
