Loved the resort, however room wasn't what I thought it would be. Nice but bedroom didn't have a ceiling fan (hot) and curtains didn't block out the light in the morning... The room had Netflix available but couldn't get it to work..

We have just returned from our two week stay at the Waipouli Beach Resort , beautiful location, beautiful resort, my husband and I had a wonderful time in Kauai. Only one thing we had a small problem with...there was no room in the cupboards for any groceries..lots of cupborads but were all full.

Lae Nani Condo #317

This condo far exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful, well kept and beautifully located on the ground floor and close to parking. The furnishings were lovely and the condo beautifully decorated. The towels were luxurious and plentiful, the bedding very comforable. The lanai had lovely furnishings to which several people commented that we had the best condo of all. The kitchen was well equipped. The condo was immaculate when we arrived. We were just a short distance from, the pool. We had a lovely view of the ocean from our lanai. The grounds of this resort are beautifully manicured. It is a gated resort, We would definetly consider renting this condo again.
Belated Aloha Bob & Carolyn: thanks so much for your kind words about our condo, very much appreciated.
Delighted you had an enjoyable stay with us at Lae nani #317. We worked very hard to keep
the quallity high at our condo, and enjoy sharing it with our guests.
Hope to welcome you back in the near future.

We stayed here last year and enjoyed it very much. This year, linens had shown a lot of wear. Sheets, pillows, pillow cases, washcloths, kitchen towels, dishcloths needed to be replaced before we arrived. If those items (other than pillows), had recieved proper laundering, we would not have been as dissatisfied. Washcloths, kitchen linens were stained and looked very dirty. Sheets and pillowcases were dingy and worn. Some linens were presented as clean, but had not even been washed!! There were only three wash cloths when we went to get ready for bed. All were so stained and dirty-looking that we really had NO washcloths to use that night. The nex day, I immediately went out and bought washcloths and pillowcases to use for the remainder of our stay. I also laundered the rest of the bed linens, hand towels, and washcloths. Extra funiture had been moved in by the owner(personal computer, 2 desks, and office chair). The result made the condo very crowded and cluttered. It had definitely lost its previous charm. The condo needs a "tune-up". Sliding door, screen, and a shutter section do not slide easily, making it difficult to enter, exit, and close shutter. Cleaning needs attention to details to give the condo the class and sparkle it deserves. Needless to say we were very disappoionted this year.
