Kauai is Hawaii's fourth largest island and is sometimes called the "Garden Isle," which is an entirely accurate description. Some say it is the most beautiful place on earth. The oldest and northernmost island in the Hawaiian chain is draped in emerald valleys, sharp mountain spires and jagged cliffs, aged by time and the elements. Centuries of growth have formed tropical rainforests, forking rivers and cascading waterfalls. Some parts of Kauai are only accessible by sea or air, revealing views beyond your imagination.
Please view the Suite 131 wesite, for lots of additional information and a 64 picture slide show of #131 and having fun on Kauai. Mahalo (thanks)
There is something mystical and magical about Kauai. You can feel it in the aloha spirit of its people and the ethereal beauty of the land. Hawaiians do the Hula. Its graceful fabled movements tell us stories of a culture that reaches back through the centuries to the very edge of time. You can feel it in the stark volcanic violence of Mauna Loa and in the shear majestic grandeur of Kauai's Na Pali Coast. You can feel it in the lush green waterfall draped valleys where it is said the spirits of the ancients live. And at night, on the outer island beaches below a million stars through the winds of time, you will also know it's there. If you listen very carefully amid the sound of breaking surf, you will hear the whispered voices of the ancient Polynesian mariners who came here long ago. With only faith that these lands existed beneath the eastern star they sailed over thousands of miles of open ocean to make this island paradise their home. Remarkable as these epic voyages are, is the land to which they came. Yes, there really is, no other place on earth quite like Kauai.

Reviews for this vacation condo rental in Kapaa, Kauai, Hawaii
I LOVE THIS PLACE

I LOVE THIS PLACE
February 7, 2012
Great place, good location, beautiful views. Nicely appointed condo with everything needed except the groceries. Small pool in pleasant setting. Beach with a lot of driftwood not "pristiine" but very convenient. Lost's of fishing, swimming,, surfing and paddling going on. Condos are about 15 minutes from Costco and Airport. Near shopping, beaches, entertainment, grocery stores, etc. After 2 weeks just couldn't go home so stayed an extra week. Loved the sound of the waves.
This was a great experience!!

I would highly recommend this property, the price was right and the location was great!b
The Krellers went well beyond my expectations for great service. If I could have given more stars for service I would have. They were incredibly helpful and I sincerely hope to do business with them in the future. If you are looking at places in Kauai, I highly recommend you try them first.b
This is a lovely beach front condo in a very well kept complex. It is well equipped and very comfortable . The best part is listening to the waves lulling you to sleep at night, and the quick stroll right from the lanai to the comfy chaise right on the beach. Right next door, an easy walk down the beach path, is a wonderful restaurant using local ingredients and fresh local caught delicious fish, The Hukilau Lanai.b
This place is the real thing -- I thought the reviews could not possibly be real--but they are--beautiful clean room, wifi, ocean right there, great pool, great price -- very wonderful! Close to everything. (The only reason I did not recommend this to "luxury-minded travelers" is that I don't think it qualifies as "luxury" per se -- but is very very nice, esp. for the price!)
A great Kauai beach accomodation

I feel sooo very fortunate that I found Kreller's on Tripadvisor. This was my first time renting an actual vacation condo as opposed to a hotel room, so I was a bit nervous. The booking process was easy and Brad was very quick and responsive.
Kapaa is so centrally located, just minutes from the airport. Unit 131 was clean and really cute. We loved being on the first floor, stepping out onto the lanai for morning coffee, pineapple, etc., and then stepping to the beach. This beach is not one for swimming in, as most of the guidebooks mention. But there are plenty of other beaches on the island to discover. But to hear the waves all night and to see them in the morning light - a dream come true. Saw the sunrise some mornings, right outside. Having access to the pool and hot tub was also nice. It just felt very private, with no one bothering us from the hotel, and very little noise, if any, from any other units above or beside. It felt like it was only us.
The unit was exactly as pictured and promised. The kitchen items made it easy to make breakfast or dinner some nights and save money instead of doing restaurants - major grocery stores are very close. The TV looked great, but I didn't partake this trip -- too busy exploring the island. The bathroom was nice and large, with cozy, large, expensive towels - not the itchy/scratchy kind you get in most hotels. It's a well-appointed unit that's semi-masculine, not frilly. This place is a good bargain and I didn't feel taken advantage of at all. Parking wasn't always guaranteed in the official lot, but there were plenty of spaces on the street leading to the Islander complex each night. There is only one key to the unit, which may be a problem for certain larger groups staying in the unit, but there's also the lockbox for access.
A great way to get to see Kauai for the first time.
...A little slice of heaven!
I had recently made some changes in my life and I needed a place to escape the big city and reflect on my past, present and future. I was in need of a recharge!
Having been to numerous Resorts in many tropical locations throughout the world, I knew these were going to be filled with noisy drunk people, screaming children and overly loud music. So I opted for a private, quiet rental in Hawaii. I booked my week with Beverly and Bob at #131 "islander on the beach", Kauai, Hawaii.
You can quote me on this...It was a little slice of heaven!!! It easily surpassed all my expectations!
The room was modern and elegantly designed & decorated and a cool retreat from the warm & sunny beach. The beach was literally at my doorstep and the surf lulled me to sleep each night. The bathroom was gorgeous and clean, with a ton of counter space and giant mirrors, which is important to a gal like me, I am a Make Up artist by profession! ;)
I enjoyed the fact that when I wanted to read, write, sleep, do yoga or just simply be alone in this tropical paradise, I could easily do so with no interruptions. And on the flip-side, when I wanted to have a chat with some friendly people, I could do that at in the common areas.
I would highly recommend renting this condo (#131), but get in line...I'm already booking a week with my Boyfriend in November!! Beverly and Bob and Brad are an absolute dream to interact with and I know you'll enjoy them as much as I have.
We stayed at Islander on the beach #151 which was an oceanfront condo. The condo and its surrounding area was very clean with all the facilities - refrigerator , microwave oven, TV, kitchenette with utensils, bath towels, beach mats etc. There are laundry facilities inside the complex as well. The ocean is right in front of the condo - you need to walk just 6-8 steps to reach beach. This is place is located in a central location, so we could easily reach the North/South shores without too much travel. We would definitely choose them if we visit Kauai again ! :) Anonymous
Aloha from Kaua'i! This was our first visit to the island, and it is truly a paradise to behold. Krellersgetaway couldn't have been nicer. We found our unit to be very clean, adorable, and a perfect accommodation for our extended stay. And better yet - the view of the ocean and the morning sunrise was breath-taking! The unit is centrally located to the island and makes for easy travel to wherever you might wish to visit. We'd stay here again in a heart beat. We found the Krellers to be most cordial and accommodating to our needs. Choose Krellergetaway for a real winner.David and Lynda, St. Clair, Michigan
We stayed in Unit 151 for the first two weeks of February and it was absolutely fantastic. Our unit was very clean and Brad was great to work with, answering inquiries, booking, etc. We plan to return and just take in the beauty of the complex, we had a great time meeting people from all over.
