Comfy furnishings in the living area, attractive dining table and chairs plus a private den/study area off the kitchen guarantee a tasteful and inviting living environment. This unit is clean, clean, clean! Additional in unit features include WiFi, Washer/Dryer, and flat screen TVs. If you are bringing a boat dockage can be arranged for an additional fee. This property is professionally managed by Keys Holiday Rentals.

Rate Detail: Weekly Base Rent $1,175 *This is a Saturday to Saturday rental only.* Additional Charges: $175 Departure Cleaning Fee; Reservation Fee 3.9% of Base Rent; and 12.5% State and Local Taxes.
