“30th Wedding Anniversary”

My wife and I rented this home for our 30th anniversary along with my two daughters and our son in law and had a awesome time. We will rent this home again next year. It was a pleasure dealing with Dave.

“Goodgame Family Vacation”

We took our entire family of 9 (7 adults and two kids) people, and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect for going to Key West, lounging around, or anywhere that you’d like to visit without being difficult to get to. The grandkids loved the pool. The house was very comfortable and accommodating for all of us. It is very spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped…there wasn’t anything that we couldn’t find that we needed. Fred and Alva are great hosts, and can give you lots of ideas for activities, good spots to go on the boat, and restaurant recommendations. The jet skis were a blast, and priced at a very reasonable rate. We wouldn’t hesitate to come here again.

“Paradise Privacy”

This is the first time our family and friends were in the Keys. The Kuppelow Playground has the perfect setting and accommodations for several families to roam the grounds. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. The screened in porch is delightful to sit and look at the beautiful view, particularly since there were four days of rain. No one can guarantee perfect Florida weather. I have been known if I show up anywhere in the country, the weather will change. There is plenty to do around the area. The information binder was a great help in locating almost anything wanted. Looking at the pictures of the families that own this spectacular property, have created many, many memories as well as all of us. The Tiki huts were a great place gather. It is a shame what the salt water can do to outside decks and docks, the wear and tear to keep up has to be ingoing. Would recommend this "playhouse" for many family and friends to gather.

Owner's reply: We are so happy that your first trip to the Keys was memorable. We look forward to having you visit us again. Perhaps next time the weather will be more typical of the Keys. It's usually not rainy for very long! The Kopplow, Smith and Oursler Families

“This place has everything!”

We rented the Playhouse for a family reunion. 15 of us total. Great location, easy to get to from airports. Sleeping areas were great and the beds were very comfortable. Nice loft area upstairs for the kids to sleep and watch TV. We ate all our meals at the house. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Large pots and pans, huge coffee maker, and plenty of dishes and cups. - now the fun stuff, We rented a motor boat and 2 kayaks. Took the motor boat to the coral reefs and went snorkeling. Saw sharks and barracudas. We actually did that a couple of days because it was so much fun. Kids fished off the pier and swam in the lagoon. The pavilion had a bar and comfortable seating for everybody. It was perfect for eating and just relaxing. You couldn't ask for more. We never left the property except to pick up food and souvenirs which are all close by. And, oh ya, you must walk to the gift shop and get the best key lime pie ever. Ron and Debbie were very easy to work with. I called Ron a few times while I was there and he answered all my questions and took care of every thing we needed. Thanks you very much for letting us stay there.

“Beautiful Location”

Reviewed 8 Jan 2014

Rented this for our parents 50th and it was fabulous. First morning drinking coffee on the dock and see dolphins. Rented kayaks and cruised along the coast, again with dolphins. Even saw a manatee on the last morning. The outside area is great for a family to spread out and bedrooms allow for plenty of privacy. Day trips were easy and beautiful up and down the Keys. My dad would want me to recommend Hobo's for dinner at least once, local, friendly and good. This location has something for everyone. We will be back again. Thank you to Debbie and Ron who made the process easy and user friendly. We had a great time.

The property is everything we could have dreamed of and more! Snorkeling, swimming, grilling, hammock napping, beach sunning, and shuffleboard. Beautiful sunsets every night. The homeowner was so easy to work with throughout the entire process. This is going to be a yearly trip for sure!!

“A Fantastic Home!”

Reviewed 26 Feb 2013

My (now) husband and I rented this home for a week in February of 2013 for our wedding! The owners were incredible helpful throughout the process and even allowed us to rent wend to wend instead of the standard sat- sat rental, which allowed us plenty of time to set up for and clean up after the wedding. We had the event catered (key largo conch house) and had 65 guests. We never felt crowded or had issues with parking and heard nothing but compliments from all of our guests. The rest of the week we were able to lounge around the house, enjoying the beautiful views and we even caught a couple fish off the pier! It was cold though and the pool just seemed to refuse to heat up for us, it takes longer than you would think. Besides that though, the home was just perfect and we could not have asked for more for our venue!

“Perfect Week!”

Reviewed 15 Jan 2013

Two families met for a fantastic week from Christmas day to New Year's Day. We had a blast! We rented 2 kayaks and a paddle board for the week at the house. We also went snorkeling at Grecian Reef, diving, kayaking to Indian Key from Robbie's Marina, chartered a boat for fishing and took a sunset sail on New Year's Eve. The rest of the time we spent having fun and relaxing at the Playhouse. We didn't even go out to eat. Nobody wanted to leave. We also had a lovely evening under the tiki hut singing with a ukelele and watching the neighbors set off fireworks. We also saw dolphins from the dock and paddled near them when kayaking about 1/2 from the house. What a memorable, relaxing and fun week! We would love to return. Thanks Ron and Debbie!

This property far exceeded my family's expectations. We found sitting under the tikki huts watching the children swim in the lagoon, fish off the docks, snorkel, play shuffle board was perfect.
