Description of the Key West vacation townhouse rental
Three story townhouse with master bedroom, deck and full bath on second floor and guest bedroom and full bath on third floor. Kitchen, great room, and half bath on first floor as well as deck and garden. Outdoor grill on deck. Ceramic tile on first floor and all bathrooms. Hardwood floors in bedrooms and stairs. There is no carpet in the house. Please note that I have a licensed real estate broker in Key West who manages my property. This means that you do not send any money to me. My agent will handle the transaction, give you the keys when you arrive, and be available to take care of any problem that may arise during your stay. Because of Key West licensing restrictions, there is a minimum rental period of one week.
Area Information
Located in the historic Foundry Building in Truman Annex adjacent to the Little White House where President Truman vacationed. Two blocks from Duval Street. Walk to shops, grocery and restaurants and beach at Zachary Taylor State Park. Community pool is 1/2 block from the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to the keys. The house was perfect for us and the Truman Annex is beautiful. Everything is just a short bike ride away. Location is great. If you don't get bikes and choose to walk the beach is a little to far for walking but everything else is within walking distance. Wish I would have found all the entrances for The Truman Annex before the end of the vacation. We will definetly go back. One week was not long enough.

Vary clean and nice condo. 10 to 15 min from smuthers beach. The down side was that the second bedroom didn't really convert to a king. You would fall in the middle of the bed if you roared over at night. And the guy is really small and not to use full. The house was nice with nice finishs. Vary safe and clean inside the community. Will defently stay there next time we go to Key West.

This place was fabulous! Clean linen, plenty of towels, all the amentities that you could ever need. Just bring yourself and bathing suits! Everything was clean and the location was perfect! The only thing I wish a little different was the pool is a little small and grill is a small electric one. Butterflies, birds and landscaping beautiful. Cant wait to go back again soon!

What a great place, everything, Duval Street, Restaurants, Mallory Square, shopping, bars was within walking distance. Clean, comfortable property with plenty of amenities, did I mention the beach is just an ambitious bike ride or 5 minute car ride away. Cannot wait until next vacation! We rented this house for a week and we had a fantastic time! The weather was good and the location of the home was great. If you like Duval St. but don't want to hear it at night this is the place for you. The Truman Annex is a beautiful neighborhood, peaceful, quiet and a secure location. It is walking distance to everything but the bicycles were are favorite way of getting around. They were perfect, you can be anywhere in minutes. they came with locks so you can park them at the southern most point or Malory Square and not need to worry. We had one of the best trips ever and will definitely be back! Thanks Anton!

This place completely exceeded our expectations. We have been to Key West a number of times but this was our first experience in a rental and outside of a hotel. We were pleased with everything from the minute we picked up our keys to the time we dropped them off. The rental agency provided great service. They were just a stone's through away if you needed them but otherwise you would never know they were there. The home provided our family of four plenty of space to spread out and also with a nice living area for us to eat or lounge around together. The location is what will keep ups coming back. When outside on the porch or over at the pool you would never know that you were only a couple blocks away from the energetic Duval Street area in one direction and Mallory Square in another. The neighborhood is as quiet as can be even when the parties are in full force over on Duval. A bit further of a walk, but still manageable, is the Southernmost Point and Ft. Zachary Taylor State Park (Beach). This house included a few extras and boy were we glad they did. We went fishing a handful of times with the fishing rods. Played a little tennis with the rackets and rode the two bikes almost daily. Honestly these were things we thought we may or may not use when we first booked the place but found them to be a more than welcomed amenity during our stay. Between the grill and the kitchen we had everything we needed to cook meals when we didn't feel like going out. Perhaps the best review I can give this place is that everyone who went (myself, my wife, a 12yr old and 16yr old) said they would rather go back here than to a hotel on our next trip to Key West.

You could ask for a better rental or location in Key West! The townhouse has plenty of room and within walking distance to everything. The on-site property mgt was checking on us while Isaac was approaching Key West. The owner was great to work with!

We had a great time in key west with the help of Olivia by duval. The location was perfect, room was cozy and clean and the porch was great to drink a beer and people watch on. I highly suggest this place, it's budget friendly so that's a big plus.

Great Place. Never got to the third floor though. If you are a TV sleeper there is no TV or cable in the Master but great clean and updated unit with great assigned parking for no hassle parking. Very easy walk to Mallory and Duval even for me.

The location is perfect, walking distance to Duval Street and the beach. With the bicycles provided you can do or see anything in Key West. There is no need for a car rental. You are close to the action on Duval but the condo is in a quiet gated community which means when you go home, you can get some sleep. The gates are locked at 6 PM and a guard is on duty. Property is in great shape, we had no issues. Overall incredible experience, would highly recommend.

The location is fantastic, walking distance to anything you want to do or see in Key West. Nestled in a quiet gated community means when you go home, you can get some rest. Property itself is in great shape, no issues. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend.

Truman Annex is beautiful and this specific condo is a 5 minute walk to everything in old town. Bars, mallory square, beach, everything. Great place! Very clean and has all the amenities you could ever want while in Key West! We had an awesome time!
