Description of the Kihei vacation condo rental
Gorgeous, South Maui, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo, acknowledged as being one of the very best at the prestigeous Maui Banyan Resort, described as being 'too good to be a rental'.

With the help of an interior designer, H207 has been beautifully upgraded and refurnished throughout from a completely remodeled full kitchen complete with granite worktops, solid wood cabinetry, new appliances and built-in microwave oven, down to the smallest details including light fittings and lamps, drapes, designer bedspread and color coordinated sheets for the cal-king bed, new artwork and decor. Complete with all the amenities including, HDTV, free HBO & ESPN, a second TV in the bedroom, DVD and AM/FM/CD players, ample closet space, A/C, 2 ceiling fans, new washer/dryer, free WI/FI and local telephone calls, free covered parking and guest use of either of the two on-site pools, Jacuzzis, covered picnic and BBQ areas and tennis courts. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler are also provided for our guest's personal use.

H207 is located on the 2nd level of building H and shares the same common access as building G to the lower of the two pools, BBQ areas, main reception and garage parking. H207 is easily accessible by either stairway or elevator. The lanai to our condo is set forward from the adjoining units and affords beautiful views towards the pool and the ocean beyond and to Haleakala and the well manicured grounds in the other direction. We and our guests prefer H207's location in that it enjoys a quieter position away from the pool, picnic and BBQ areas.

Conveniently located in South Kihei and a short walk from the beautiful Kamaole II beach and the nearby shops and restaurants, the Maui Banyan is an ideal and popular vacation getaway. World-class golf courses, five star restaurants and exclusive shopping are all within a few minutes drive.

H207 is fully equipped with spacious living and dining areas to cater for you and your visiting guests. Our rental policy is limited to TWO ADULTS MAX.

Our seasonal rates are very competitive. You may find what appears to be a better rate but remember that you get what you pay for. Not all of the other owners have invested the same effort, time, care to detail and money into their units. Many have not upgraded their units since the Maui Banyan was built in the early 1990s.

About the owner: We are a retired professional couple, originally from England. We have 2 very special daughters, 2 wonderful grandsons and we all live in California.

We have put a lot of loving care into this unit. We visit 3 times a year and are constantly upgrading and maintaining to a very high standard. You will not be disappointed choosing our home away from home.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our unit has been completely upgraded with Hawaiian style decor, new kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, and a very comfortable pillow top king bed. There are 2 TV's. Everything you will need is there including beach chairs, umbrella, cool box and boogie board!
