Killington Condo Description
3 bedroom 2 bathroom ski-on/ski-off condominium for rent on Sunrise Mountain in Killington, Vermont. Indulge yourself and your family this winter with a ski vacation in the heart of the Green Mountains. Killington is a natural paradise all year round; during the winter, it is one of the world's largest and most diverse ski areas with 73 miles of trails dedicated to downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and cross-country skiing.
This condo end unit features a comfortable family room with a wood burning fireplace and vaulted ceiling, a large flat screen TV with a DVD player, a fully-equipped kitchen; washer, dryer, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a king sized bed, a second bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a third bedroom with a set of bunk beds with a pull-out trundle and a single twin bed, sleeping eight. Linens and towels are provided.
Luxury association amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, steam room, sauna, fully equipped fitness center and an on-site restaurant. Firewood is complementary.
From your front door, you can ski through and onto the trail that takes you down to the Sunrise Triple Chair Lift. Once on the mountain, you can access any of the many trails Killington has to offer. Just as easily, you can ski straight home from the Sunrise Trail. There is no worrying about parking or hauling your ski gear, a plus if you've ever skied with the little ones. In addition, the Sunrise Triple Chair lift does not require a lift ticket. It's perfect for beginners to practice skiing down a green beginner level ski trail.
If you do not downhill ski or snowboard, or simply need a day off from the Mountain, Sunrise Mountain Village also offers complementary activities such as snowshoeing and cross country skiing. There is also a small ice skating pond to enjoy.
When the snow melts, Killington transforms into the home of two PGA golf courses, and spectacular hiking and biking trails through Northern sections of the Appalachian Trail. For fun on the water, there's also canoeing, kayaking, and fishing. Autumn visitors will be able to enjoy the many fall festivals that enliven the area with arts and crafts, family activities, and hearty local fare.
Seasonal rates vary. Daily rates range anywhere between $200 and $700 per night, and weekly standard rates from anywhere between $1,200 and $4,900 depending on the time of year.
The required 10% Vermont and Killington rooms tax is included in the quoted rate. Higher price ranges reflect Christmas, New Year's, President's Day & Martin Luther King weekends, and are competitive with comparable properties. Rates are negotiable select weeks.

Despite some bad weather (too warm for much skiing) and a few mechanical problems with condo, we had a ball. We enjoyed the towns around Killington and the wood-burning fireplace and the club house where we could work out and do some laps in the pool. Our owner was especially gracious due to our trouble with heat/hot water. Really honorable.

Kimberlie B. said... Ladies get-away Weekend a Success!
This was the 9th annual ladies ski weekend for our group of 8, and our first one at Killington. The conditions on the mountain were fantastic, and the accommodations were by far the roomiest we have had yet. There were no surprises, the condo was just as it was depicted, and John was extremely easy to work, so accommodating! Response time was always prompt and he was happy to answer any and all questions we had about the condo and the mountain. He even ran out and purchased a crock pot for the unit so that we wouldn't have to lug ours along. The ladies all agreed, next year we will return to both Killington and Sunrise I-8. Thanks John and Co. for such a fabulous weekend!

Great place, great location, great owners. We had an amazing time. Literally ski in and out. Nice facilities. Beautiful place. Easy access. Highly recommended for all ages. We were a diverse group of active young adults, seniors, toddler, and a 3 month baby. Do not hesitate to rent this place.
Ken said... Very nice, warm, comfortable, convenient condo at Killington
This was a great condo for our stay at Killington, spacious enough for our two families, and very convenient for skiing at Killington and not too far from Okemo too. It was warm and comfortable, has a well equipped kitchen, and we also had access to the rec center with indoor pool which the kids enjoyed. Although there was not enough snow this early in the season, the condo is on ski trails with a free lift nearby which we hope to use next visit. I certainly would rent this condo again and recommend it.

Despite the frigid temperatures the week we were in Killington, we had a fantastic time. Skiing in/out was very simple to navigate and the condo was just as described with many more amenities than mentioned in the description. This was our first time to Killington Mountain, usually go to Okemo, but will definitely be visiting again next year and hope to stay in this condo again. Thank you, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in your home!!
