Excellent location for a large group

January 6, 2009

We had a group of 13 and had plenty of room. There is also a huge parking lot. The rooms themselves are a bit on the small side but still more than adequate. If your looking for a typical rustic ski lodge without the fancy extras and with excellent location then this is a great place. The hot tub and sauna both work well but the timer in the sauna is broken and you have to reset it every 5min or so. The controls on the Hot tub do not work either and the temperature can only be adjusted by a dial over on the heatexchanger outside on the ground and not through the keypad in the tub as indicated in the instructions. Overall it was a great experience and literally only a 5 min walk from the Pickle Barrel.
