WARNING -SCAM

February 9, 2016

Noreen has a history of not returning security deposits, double booking customers and not refunding the money, and being extremely unreliable. Just type her full name into google and you can read about her history with her customers. She double booked me and my group and when I declined her second offer and requested my $500 she said no and it was impossible to get in touch with her. I'm currently still working on getting it back. Do not give her your money!!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LADY

August 18, 2015

I rented a house in Killington from Noreen Nowak Moran (the owner of this house) and had a terrible experience with her. She was extremely unreliable, never returned phone calls or emails, and difficult to get a hold of. I had to call repeatedly to get her to send a lease after we had already paid for the rental. Then she double booked the house and we had to stay at a different property. Now, she is not returning my security deposit or returning my calls. She has similar reports on her from the better business bureau and clearly is out to scam people.

Just adequate

August 9, 2015

House was clean. This house is probably pretty good but wouldnt recommend it for summer. The outside is pretty neglected. You cannot sit on the deck it looks like it will cave in. The grounds arent kept up so you dont want to sit outside and you cant play ball outside anywhere. The pool isnt heated so you cant swim more than 20 minutes without freezing. Inside it is unbelievably dark. You have to remove the lampshades or buy lights in order to see. Thr kitchen is on the second floor up a.long staircase so if you are coming with luggage or groceries be prepared to carry. Unlike other homes we have rented there is no toilet paper, paper towel or tissues and soap. The owner is very nice to deal with but we would not come back.

Killington Chalet

Our overall experience was good, kitchen appliances require service and or replacement. The rooms were clean and in good upkeep, washrooms were clean but very small. The swimming pool was not ready the water was not swimmable. The hot tube was very well kept and very enjoyable after a day of motorcycling. Great location handy to restaurants and nightlife. Would stay again, thankß Noreen.

Booking canceled due to unresponsive host

December 5, 2013

i booked this chalet from Beijing and sent a deposit of $1000, but the host was subsequently unresponsive to my further emailed and phoned enquiries. I finally canceled the booking, and the host would not return the deposit, saying she had no time to rebook.
