Horse Riding: There are a number of Equestrian centres dotted around Killorglin, which offer pony rides, trekking both on Rossbeigh strand and up mountainous terrain. Golfing: For those of you who love a good game of golf, you have defiantly come to the right place. Killorglin has its very own scenic 18 hole golf course or why not go further afield to the famous Dookes or Killarney 18 hole Golf Course. If fishing sounds too much like hard work, why not sample the mouth watering smoked salmon from the Fishery restaurant perched on the river laune. Walking/Cycling/Hiking: Killorglin is home to Ireland's highest mountain, the McGillycuddy Reeks and of course my ancestors as I am a McGillycuddy
