Description of the Kimberley vacation condo rental
Kimberley Ridge 410 | *Simply Kimberley (search Simply Kimberley) also owns the next door unit which is mirror image! Perfect for groups! These are the two largest condos in the Kimberley Ridge development at 1500 sqft living space per unit.

In November 2016, the two units are getting a communicating door installed between them essentially creating a 6 bdrm / 6 bathroom / 2 hot tub condo with 4 decks and 3000 sq feet of living space!

All queen beds apart from seventh bed in loft. Two roll away Ikea mattresses in unit to sleep 8 in separate beds. New Netflix enabled 49" flat panel TV mounted in living room and two other 32" flat panel TVs in bedrooms.

Master has double sink ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed in the closed off loft bdrm and has a double sink, ensuite bathroom. There is also a double bed in the nook under the green space facing window of the master bedroom. There are two double sized, pull-out couches in living room and one double sized pull-out couch in the loft (outside of the master bdrm). Wifi, foosball table, Netflix enabled Smart TV all included.

There are two balconies (decks). The largest of which faces the ski hill and has a natural gas BBQ with new patio furniture and catches the afternoon sun. The east facing deck has the 8 person hot tub that is kept to hospitality standards clean (professionally serviced weekly) and also has six person patio table and chairs.

The kitchen has 12 place settings and all the pots and pans, kitchen utensils required to cook and entertain! There is ski and golf club storage on the ground level (entrance to condo is up one flight of stairs).

This was a work ski trip and the accommodations were comfortable and had everything we needed. The place was clean and well kept, including the hot tub. I found Tod easy to deal with and was very accommodating. Will definitely book with Tod again!

Great unit right in the ski hill.
It was our second stay at Simply Kimberly. What can be better then the hot tub at 10pm after a 4 hour drive from Alberta?! And next day all day on the sunny ski hill with a short break for lunch at the unit- no spending money on bought lunches...
The unit is very spacious, nice and clean.
Tod is an amazing host and patiently and quickly replies to all questions and concerns.
We had an awesome time and we would love to come again. Thank you Tod!

Q: What are some of the most fun activities in the area?
A: The mountain biking and hiking trails are accessed without driving from the unit. Some of the warmest lakes in BC are within a 30 minute drive! The fishing is incredible. The skiing in winter - divine.
Q: What makes your vacation rental special?
A: Kimberley Ridge 410 is a very sizeable unit at 1500 sq ft. My condo is located only 75m from the Owl T-Bar (learning area) and ~ 200m from the high speed Northstar Express quad chair. I also own the next door unit so we're able to accommodate extended or large families and groups! And, new for winter 2017 - the two units will be connected by a very high end, sound-proof door at the living room level.
