Grade II listed farmhouse set in a delightful rural hamlet located between Salcombe and Kingsbridge, sleeping 10 in five bedrooms.Lower Easton Farmhouse is a fabulous Grade II listed farmhouse set in a delightful rural hamlet located between Salcombe and Kingsbridge and less than two miles from the South West Coast Path. The property sleeps 10 people in five bedrooms (one en suite double, three further doubles and a twin), and has two family bathrooms. There is also a wonderful kitchen, sitting room and dining room, all with character features. Outside is sun terrace, lawn and ample parking. As a dog friendly property, Lower Easton Farmhouse is a wonderful base for large families looking to explore beautiful South Devon.

The kitchen is equipped with Fridge/freezer (also full size freezer in utility room and small fridge) washing machine, tumble dryer, electric. Aga, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. TV, Sky + HD, wood burning stove in lounge. Wifi available. The front garden is bounded by an attractive stone wall with flagstone path - it features a small area of lawn, Small bistro table and chairs, to the side and rear of the house is a beautifully landscaped garden. Wooden table with bench seating and gas barbecue. Table-tennis table available (including bats and balls). Parking on drive for 2 cars, further parking for 2 cars on grass area at front of property. Linen and towels provided. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
