My family and I were very disappointed in this villa. I will try to make a long story short. We drove 18 hours to find out that the address that Premier Rentals gave us had someone staying in it. After two STRESSFUL hours of trying to get ahold of someone we found out they gave us the wrong address. How does this happen? THEY DON'T HAVE IT TOGETHER!! After that ordeal we relax in the private pool (that was the reason we wanted to stay here). We paid 120 dollars for pool heat to find out the heater was broke and wasn't going to get fixed during our stay here. We tried to go swimming in the community pool but it was 78 degree's and to chilly. The hot tub would have been fine but the water was green. Even another guest at the resort sai to me, " would you get in that?" The owner did give us our money back for the pool heat but that's not the point. There were many other things wrong with this villa that was brought the the owners attention as well which include; dirty furniture that had gray marks on it, area rug filthy, carpet on stairs had dirt spots all the way up it, shower curtain had mold on it, shower handle keep falling off, garbage that wasn't ours by the front door that we had to throw away, and the kitchen light was broken. The point is, why weren't ALL these things checked and fixed before renting it out. We paid a lot of money, 767 dollars for all this. We will NEVER stay here again. I hope other people have a better experience that's not so stressful.

I'm not one to complain but there were lots.of problems since we first got their. #1 The welcome papers had the wrong address on it. After driving 18 hours the last thing you want to see is someone answering the villa door. The property management team gave us the wrong address. It was very hard to try and get someone to answer the phone on a Saturday. So for two hours we thought we didn't have a place to stay. After that stressful ordeal we decided to go swimming in our very own private heated pool (after all it was the reason for wanting to stay here). So we get our bathing suits on and find out that the owner of the the villa never told them (property management team) we paid 120 dollars for heat. So the next day they came out and turned it on. I emailed Matt to asked him if he went back to the villa to see if it was warm? He said, " it's warming up fast". Ok cool, were at Disney world and we are hot and we want to go swimming when we get back so that works out great. We get back to the villa and feel the pool and guess what? COLD !! Obviously he didn't come back to check and make sure the heater was working because it turns out a pool technician had to come and take a look at it. Come to find out the compressor was bad. The owner emailed me and told me she wasn't sure when it was going to be fixed. She did refund us our money which was nice. But, now I have my five year old daughter that has her floaty tube around her ready to go swimming crying, not to pleasant. Not a huge deal the resort has a nice pool (at least that's what the pictures show). Well, the first pool the walls were green and had a lot of sand/pebbles on the floor of it, the second pool was to cold, and the hot tubs water was green, yummy. I also wanted the owner and the property management team to know all the other issues with this villa and how unsatisfied we were with our stay here which were, carpets/area rug were very dirty, furniture had dirt spots on it, kitchen light was broken, master bathroom shower door handles kept falling off, the second bathroom shower curtain had mildew half way up, and the clothes dryer was broke. I'm sorry but this villa was NOT ready to be rented or someone has horribly low standards. We paid 757 dollars for all this. My family and I stayed at Encantada resort last year owned by someone else and we did not have this experience but after this we will NOT stay here again.

Beautiful resort - close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was very comfortable and the private pool was great. The kitchen could use a few more utensils but was adequate. Our children and grandchildren joined us for a week. It was great to be so close to Universal, Disney and Seaworld. They loved having the private pool. We also enjoyed the fitness room at the clubhouse along with the large heated pool. All in all it was a wonderful vacation. The weather was perfect so that always helps. It was our first time in the area and we will be back.

Owner Supplied Testimonials

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Encantada Townhouse. It was very clean and well stocked with all you need for a nice vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bath had all the amenities we needed. I found the area to be close enough to area attractions, yet far enough from the main drag to be a quiet stay. I would recommend this Townhouse to anyone.
