The house was clean and in a good location. The hot tub did not work, but after several calls to the administration they finally sent someone to repair it on Friday. Other than that, we would rent again from them.

I really enjoyed this home. It was very comfortable and has a great layout. We had more than enough space for our family. The only downfall was that if your party has more than 2 cars, you will need to find parking a little further. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the owner was great at returning my emails with any issues or concerns. You will enjoy this home :)

Q: Who are you?
A: My name is Clement, and I personally own and management all my properties. Sweet Home Vacation is not a property management company. We do not manage or rent properties that we do not own. Unlike other management companies that just try to rent you anything to earn commission, we care about each of our home and know every detail inside out.
We manage all the bookings to our homes. We do not work with tour operators, and we are strict to screen all guests that use our property. We do this to ensure our units are kept in top condition, and to provide a high quality experience to every one of our guests.

Q: What is required to make a reservation?
A: To reserve a unit, we require a signed rental agreement and a $300 security deposit. The deposit will be fully refunded one week after your departure if no damages are found in the unit. The full rental payment will be due 45 days prior to your arrival. A payment reminder will be sent to you along with the payment instructions.
Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Direct Deposit, and Wire Transfer.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Any cancellation 90 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund minus a $20 processing fee. Cancellation between 45 to 90 days prior to arrival date will not be eligible for a deposit refund, but the deposit will be retained as a credit towards the next reservation within a year. Cancellation between 30 to 45 days prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the full rental amount. No refund will be given to any cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival date.
Q: Are your homes suitable for young children?
A: Absolutely! We have lots of children visiting and we provide many baby items at no extra charge! This includes stroller, high chair, baby gate, and pack’n’play/baby crib.
Q: How close are the homes and condos to area attractions?
A: All our homes range from 1 to 8 miles away from Walt Disney World! Every home, town home and condo we manage is located close to area attractions, restaurants and shopping.
